| The rapid development of aerospace field has put forward more demanding requirements for the development and utilization of new materials, and has continuously pushed the material towards high performance,multi-structure and multi-functional development.Ti/Al composite plate as an excellent composite material, not only has the high strength of titanium alloy, impact resistance, high temperature performance, but also combined with aluminum alloy low density, good welding and other characteristics, its emergence greatly expanded the application range of titanium, aluminum alloy. In this paper,a new heating process is used,TC4 titanium alloy and 7075 aluminum alloy are iso-warm-rolled composite through induction heating device, the titanium/aluminum composite plate is successfully prepared, and the effect of iso-temperature parameters and pressure rate on the mechanics of Ti/Al composite plate is explored. The iso-warm rolling process of Ti/Al composite plate iso-temperature rolling is simulated by finite element software. The results show that different rolling temperature and pressure amount have a great influence on the stress strain of the titanium layer, and the increase of temperature and pressure increase makes the deformation of the titanium layer increase and the stress value decrease. The microstructure and pull-cut profile of Ti/Al composite plates prepared by different rolling processes were analyzed by using universal material stretch tester and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that when the rolling temperature is the same,as the rolling reduction rate increases, the interface bonding quality of the Ti/Al composite plate is improved. When the reduction rate is constant, the rolling temperature is appropriately increased, which will also make the composite plate the quality of the interface bonding is improved;when the titanium alloy is 700℃,the aluminum alloy is 400℃,and the reduction ratio is 44%,the performance of the composite plate is the best. The bonding method corresponds to mechanical engagement and metallurgical bonding, and its shear strength can reach 124 MPa,the tensile strength is 811 MPa.The effect of different annealing processes on the bonding properties of Ti/Al composite plates was studied by heat treatment experiments. The results show that when the annealing temperature is 400℃,the mechanical properties are improved, but the effect on the bonding of composite plates is not great. When the annealing temperature is 450 ℃,the mechanical properties are improved with the increase of holding time, and the increasing of holding time has little effect on the bonding of composite plates. When the holding time is 3h,the shear strength is up to 149.49 MPa,and the elongation is close to 25%.The optimum annealing process parameters are obtained. When the annealing temperature is 480℃,the mechanical properties gradually deteriorate with the increase of holding time. |
