YT Coal Intelligent Logistics Transportation Service Level Evaluation Research

Coal is one of the main national energy sources in China,which plays a vital role in China's energy demand.The condition of coal transportation affects the orderly operation of coal supply and plays an important role in the development of the coal industry.With the development of information technology such as the Internet of Things and big data,the development of intelligent logistics transportation,which is the backbone of intelligent logistics,promotes the gradual transformation and upgrading of the logistics transportation business of coal-related enterprises in the direction of intelligence.Therefore,this article takes Inner Mongolia YT Coal Co.,Ltd.(YT Coal Company or YT Co.,Ltd.)as the research object,constructs a service level evaluation system for YT coal intelligent logistics and transportation services,and comprehensively evaluates YT coal intelligent logistics and transportation service levels.And then put forward the corresponding service level improvement countermeasures and suggestions.It is expected to provide a certain theoretical reference for the intelligent transformation of the logistics and transportation business of coal enterprises.Firstly,the paper discussed the research background,research purpose,and research significance of this article.Discussed the domestic and foreign research status and existing research results in the coal industry,intelligent logistics and transportation,service level and other fields,In addition,the basic theory knowledge and connotation,which included the intelligent logistics transportation,coal intelligent logistics transportation,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,were illustrated,it provides a certain theoretical basis for the follow-up research work of this article.Secondly,the paper briefly described the basic situation of YT Coal Co.,Ltd.And the current status of YT coal intelligent logistics transportation services,and determined the problems existing in YT Coal intelligent logistics transportation service.And according to YT coal intelligent logistics transportation service situation,determined various indicators of coal intelligent logistics transportation service level evaluation,and built an intelligent logistics transportation service level evaluation system.And it includes 3 first-level indicators such as hard power,soft power,Smart power and 14 second-level indicators,Such as the degree of application of intelligent systems,such as the application degree including intelligent system,intelligent facilities and equipment and automatic identification technology,and the real-time monitoring ability,the precise positioning level,the automatic control ability of equipment.Then the relevant data were collected by means of questionnaire,according to the above index system.The validity and reliability of the above questionnaire were verified by analyzing the collected data with SPSS software.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were adapted to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the service level in YT coal intelligent logistics transportation.Finally,in terms of the evaluation results of YT coal intelligent logistics transportation service level,taking the hard power of YT coal intelligent logistics transportation business to promote the improvement of the soft power and smart strength of YT coal intelligent logistics transportation business as the guiding idea,proposed strategies for improving YT coal intelligent logistics and transportation service level,such as improving real-time monitoring and precise positioning capabilities,strengthening equipment automatic control and intelligent perception early warning capabilities,and improving the punctual accuracy of coal delivery and information accuracy of coal delivery,with a view to further improving YT coal intelligent logistics transportation service level.
