G Company is the coal procurement window unit of GE Group and is responsible for the safe supply and economic procurement of approximately 40 million tonnes of coal per year for the Group's power plants;improving the level of procurement quality management is one of the important management tools for G Company to achieve operational management benefits.Based on an overview of supply chain management,quality management and supply chain quality management theories,as well as the management environment and quality management influencing factors,this paper describes the current situation and problems of coal procurement quality management management in G Company,analyses the causes of quality management problems,and studies methods to improve procurement quality management and countermeasures to enhance procurement quality management.The paper is presented in two parts,with the first two chapters forming the basis of the research.The introduction sets out the background and significance of the research,briefly describes the current state of management of the three parties involved in the supply,demand and inspection of commodity coal and the current status of quality management research at home and abroad,lists the research methods used and outlines the structure of the paper.Chapter 2 outlines the management theory of supply chain management,quality management and supply chain quality management,analyses the macro environment of management,the market environment and the factors influencing quality management,and constructs the theoretical analysis framework of this paper.Chapters 3,4 and 5 are the main body of the article,following the structure of problem identification,problem analysis and problem solving to study the problems of coal procurement quality management in G Company and to propose management countermeasures.Chapter 3 describes the current situation and problems of procurement quality management in G Company from the aspects of procurement quality management,management process control,supplier management and quality inspection service management;in Chapter 4,the deep-seated causes of quality management problems are analysed in response to the management problems presented in Chapter 3.Chapter 5,based on the analysis of the problems and management issues raised in chapters 3 and 4,proposes strategies for upgrading procurement quality management from the perspective of improving the procurement management system,strengthening supplier management and third-party quality inspection service management.Based on the above research,the conclusions of this paper(countermeasures to improve procurement quality management of G Company)are as follows:(1)Based on positioning the mission and working principles of procurement quality management of G Company,we upgrade procurement quality management from five dimensions of procurement quality management: quality pre-control,process management,pre-management,process supervision and quality acceptance,through management effect verification methods and improved KPI management methods.Boost the development and improvement of procurement quality management;and realize the closed loop of quality management through the construction of quality management system.(2)Improve quality inspection service selection,process management and service result management,and optimise third-party quality inspection service management methods.(3)From the perspective of supplier management,strengthen the dynamic assessment of suppliers and implement supplier quality management.At the same time,upgrade the procurement quality management from optimising the procurement mode,procurement strategy and contract management.Management responses to the current state of procurement quality management at G Company are widely prevalent in the coal industry.The research in this paper has some reference significance for the improvement of procurement quality management in the industry.
