China is the origin of tea in the world.The tea industry is a traditional superior industry in China’s agricultural field.China’s tea planting area and output are among the highest in the world.Tea drinking has been integrated into the living habits of the Chinese people.Against the background of China’s rapid economic development,people’s quality of life and consumption levels are gradually improving,and consumer’s concern about health is also increasing,so they have higher requirements for food quality and safety.In recent years,the food safety issue has gradually become a global problem,even affecting all aspects of the food production process.On the one hand,in the process of tea production and processing,due to inadequate control of links,it has caused serious quality problems such as excessive pesticide residues in tea,excessive heavy metal content,and improper preservation environment;On the other hand,due to the falsification of traceability information,it is difficult for consumers and regulatory authorities to obtain true and effective tea-related information,damaging the interests of consumers.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an effective tea quality traceability system in tea production enterprises to ensure quality safety and reliable information.With the progress of science and technology,the rise of emerging technologies such as the Internet of things and block chain has relatively perfect and mature technologies and methods in the production process control.Therefore,the combination of food safety control and new technologies such as the Internet of things and block chain has increasingly become an important factor to measure the development level of modern agriculture in a country.The emerging technologies and means such as the Internet of things can be effectively promoted and ensure the quality,safety and reliability of food production and processing,so as to improve the development level of modern agriculture and meet the growing product quality requirements of consumers.This article takes the tea production,processing and circulation process as the research object,and uses the Internet of Things and block chain to study the monitoring,control and management of tea planting,picking,production,processing and circulation processes.It is based on the supporting network hardware architecture.On the basis of the functions of related hardware,design and develop the software part of the tea quality and safety traceability system.The following briefly describes the main content of the research:(1)First of all,through a lot of literature reading,the research status of agricultural products traceability and the research status of Internet of Things technology and block chain technology in the field of traceability are analyzed.In-depth research on the Internet of Things and block chain related technologies and theoretical foundations,focusing on the analysis of RFID and sensor technology in the Internet of Things,as well as the Ethereum of the block chain platform and consensus algorithm.At the same time,the technical framework and tools used in the development of this system are briefly described to provide a theoretical basis for the design and implementation of the tea quality traceability system.(2)Based on the process of tea production and processing,the demand and feasibility of the tea quality traceability system based on the Internet of Things were studied.Describe the construction background of the project,analyze the key factors affecting the growth of tea,sort out the key elements of tea quality that consumers and regulators care about,determine the key information in the business process,and analyze the collection methods and methods of the elements.Then analyze the specific functional requirements of different users,analyze and design the overall architecture of the tea quality traceability system.(3)Design and debug the hardware functions of the system,including the overall hardware structure,sensor data collection process,network communication transmission,equipment distribution,etc.Taking the project’s needs as the starting point,design wireless sensor gateways,transmission modules,data transmission methods,remote control methods,etc.that meet the system’s functional requirements,and select related sensor equipment according to the system requirements.(4)The software part of the tea quality traceability system is described,including system software architecture design,outline design,function design,database design,IoT information collection design,and block chain and smart contract design.Class diagrams,activity diagrams,etc.are used to describe the specific details of each function in detail,and the detailed analysis of the on-chain process of key information traceability,and the design of block chain and smart contracts to ensure the authenticity of the traceability link information.Through the analysis of the application mode of block chain technology in the traceability of tea quality,we can guide and improve the implementation of the on-chain process and the design of smart contracts.(5)Using the object-oriented software engineering methods,the tea quality traceability system was designed and developed to realize functions such as login registration,basic information management,production management,QR code management and other management.Real-time monitoring of environmental data through Internet of Things sensors and weather stations,automatic data collection,to ensure the authenticity of the information before the chain.Based on the block chain 2.0-Ethereum technology has realized the distributed storage of key tea information,by writing smart contracts to achieve interaction with the traceability system,enhancing the reliability of traceability information.Finally,the application effect of the system is verified and summarized.In the actual scene of Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden,the system has significantly improved the three dimensions of tea sales,quality inspection pass rate and brand image.In general,through the accurate analysis of the business process of tea production,combined with the technology of Internet of things and block chain technology,the tea quality traceability system has brought certain benefits to the production managers,consumers and regulatory authorities.It has also achieved good results in practice,proving that the tea quality traceability system effectively serves the entire process of tea planting,processing,storage,transportation and sales.
