At present,Heat network pipeline as an Important Part of Central Heat Supply and Distribution.The steel direct-buried heat network pipeline mode has become the dominant in the field of district heating,aiming at solve the limitations of the existing pipeline mode,the authors’ research group proposed a new mode of ductile iron heating and insulation pipelines for heating engineering.This paper aims to establish a new mode for the establishment of a technical research system covering cost scientific analysis,key parameter optimization,technical and economic evaluation and sensitive factor analysis,and provide theoretical guidance for the application of ductile iron pipes in heating engineering.Firstly,On the basis of the new model,the unit heating cost composition of the whole life cycle of the heating pipeline is analyzed,including the construction investment sharing cost and operation cost,and the mathematical model of the comprehensive cost of the whole life cycle is established,which provides the necessary theoretical basis for the study of this paper.Secondly,through the establishment of the whole life cycle comprehensive cost mode,in order to improve the whole life cycle economy of heat network pipeline as the goal,considering the influence of two factors of pipeline construction investment sharing cost and operation cost,the thickness of insulation layer and specific friction are optimized.In addition,the ANSYS software is used to establish the simulation model to further study the heat transfer characteristics of the weak links in thermal insulation and define the additional rate of heat loss.Then,the economic evaluation method of ductile iron pipeline model is proposed,and the dynamic investment payback period,net present value,internal rate of return and other indicators are introduced to realize the economic evaluation of the new mode.Through the economic comparison and analysis with the steel heating pipeline model,the new model has significant advantages in economy.Finally,inally,taking a regional heating network in Yining City as the research object,the influence of sensitive factors such as pipe price and pipeline service life on key parameters and economic indicators is analyzed.It is proved that the new mode has strong risk resistance,and can further improve the construction efficiency,ensure the operation safety,and improve the pipeline life and the whole life cycle economy.
