Green mining is the concept that the development of mining enterprises has the least impact on the surrounding environment.Under the principle of abiding by the scientific concept of development,a mining technology that coordinates with the surrounding ecology and strives to achieve "low mining,high utilization and low emission" is formed.Its purpose is to achieve the highest efficiency of resource development,make the surrounding ecological environment benign development,achieve the economic benefits and social benefits of the common growth.Based on the principle of green mining,this paper aims to solve the filling problem of goaf in the southwest flank of Xinli mining area and analyze the economic benefit of the reconstruction project,aiming at the technical reform of filling mining of Sanshandao Gold Mine with high line strong resistance.The ore body of the southwest wing of the Xinli mining area of Sanshandao Gold Mine is located tens of meters below the seabed.Complex drilling and blasting operations in the mine will lead to the compression and deformation of the seabed ore body,resulting in mine water inrush and other safety problems.The whole Sanshandao Gold Mine adopts the method of graded tailings and backfilling,and the goaf is filled in time after the blasting of ore body,which can guarantee the safety of seabed ore body mining.Due to the problems of too long filling distance and small vertical height difference between the filling preparation station and the stope to be filled in the goaf of the newly-built southwest wing ore body,slurry cannot flow to the goaf by itself,and the filling work becomes a short board for the large-scale stoping of the southwest.This article is based on three mountain island southwest of new gold mining area after wing orebody stoping goaf filling work study,aiming at the working face filling pipe distance is long,high filling times line,transport resistance is big,the existing filling system,and the problem of transfer line can't realize their filling through three mountain island gold mine backfilling and cementing agent chemical properties analysis,backfilling material filling ratio and strength test,and study of low elevation and over a long distance pipeline laying,according to the high line filling theory,the analysis of physical and mechanical parameters and the study of transport resistance,combined with previous test results with loop,decided to adopt the method of classifying backfilling materials filling,By using reasonable strong resistance conveying technology,analyzing relevant parameters and setting up conveying pipelines in line with filling requirements,the filling system of Xinli mining area of Sanshandao Gold Mine was reformed to realize the long-distance high-power line filling in the southwest submarine.Three mountain island gold mine backfilling materials filling system of reforming USES hierarchical filling mined-out area,southwest of new wing avoid backfilling surrounding environment,with powerful resistance to realize filling slurry transportation,ensure the safety of offshore seafloor mining,underground long-distance high power line filling,to set up new mining area south-west wing the large-scale mining of the ore bodies to provide technical basis,as far as possible recovery of orebody improve direct economic benefits at the same time the model for other bottom metal mines in China,for the three mountain island gold mine to realize the goal of green mining made outstanding contributions,create brand benefit for Shandong Gold Group.
