With the proposal and wide application of green coal mining technology in China,the ecological environment of mining areas has been significantly improved,especially the ecological environment of ecologically fragile mining areas in Western China has achieved positive succession.Therefore,in order to show the positive role of green mining technology in promoting the ecological environment of the mining area,quantitative evaluation of the improvement effect of green mining technology on the ecological environment of the mining area.In this paper,combined with the water conservation mining technology in green mining,based on the technical characteristics of water conservation mining,a set of ecological environment evaluation index system based on water conservation mining is put forward,and combined with the relevant theoretical methods,a set of ecological environment evaluation model of water conservation mining is established,which realizes the purpose of quantitative evaluation of ecological environment of mining area based on water conservation mining technology,and highlights water conservation and development The results show that the mining technology can improve the ecological environment of the mining area.When constructing the evaluation index model,in order to get a more objective index weight value,the combination weight method of DEMATEL subjective weight method and entropy weight method objective weight method is used to weight each index in the evaluation system.In order to give consideration to the randomness and fuzziness of information in the evaluation process,the cloud model theory which can describe the fuzziness and randomness of concepts is used as the model Based on this model,a set of eco-environmental assessment model of water conservation mining is established,which is based on DEMATEL entropy weight method and cloud model.Then,in order to explain the rationality of the evaluation model,the Halagou coal mine in Shendong mining area is selected as a case to quantitatively evaluate the ecological environment of Halagou mining area before and after the implementation of water conservation mining technology,and verify the constructed water conservation mining ecological environment evaluation model,so as to achieve the purpose of quantitative evaluation of the ecological environment of the mining area and the rationality of the model.The verification results of Halagou mining area show that: through the implementation of green mining technology such as water conservation mining,the ecological environment level of Halagou mining area has changed significantly.At present,the ecological environment status of the mining area is between "excellent" and "good",which is at a higher level,consistent with the field situation at this stage,but the evaluation result is biased towards "good",It also shows that there is room to improve the ecological environment of Halagou coal mine.Combined with the analysis results,the improvement suggestions are given.The case verification shows that the evaluation model can achieve the purpose of quantitative evaluation of the ecological environment of the mining area before and after the implementation of water conservation mining technology,and combined with the evaluation results,it gives targeted suggestions for the improvement of the ecological environment,and also provides a reference for the construction of green mines in the mining area.There are 22 figures,23 tables and 109 references.
