As a more common industrial environment,there are a lot of harmful media.These harmful media can cause varying degrees of damage to components in cooperation with load coupling in coal mine production.Based on the existing research,this paper studies the degradation law of RC column force performance in moderate deterioration.At the same time,it improves the component loading method to improve the efficiency and safety of the experiment.The main conclusions and innovations obtained are as follows:1.The experiment obtained data on the carbonization depth and pressure strength of concrete in different parts of the component under the state of moderate deterioration of the.Through the analysis and study of these data,it is found that for the large eccentric RC column,the degree of concrete deterioration is related to the stress state of concrete,and the deterioration degree of pressured concrete is less than that of the pulled side concrete.For the damage deteriorated RC column,the difference in the degree of concrete deterioration on both sides is more obvious.In this paper,the concrete pressure strength-deterioration cycle relationship curve of the deterioration column and the damage deterioration column are fitted respectively,and the corresponding formula is obtained.2.In this paper,the rust rate and the performance of rebar in deterioration and damage deterioration are studied.It is found that there is a correspondence between the corrosion of rebar and the deterioration of concrete,and the surface of the deteriorated concrete is loose and cracks appear,so that the harmful medium can come into direct contact with the rebar and accelerate the corrosion of the steel bar.In addition,the study also obtained the rebar in different rust state of the performance of rebar.It found that the effect of rebar rust on the rebar metallic performance is not only by reducing the cross-sectional size,fitted rust rate-rebar force performance curve.3.In this paper,the loading method of component aesthetic performance experiment is improved,and the traditional vertical loading method is replaced by horizontal loading.After using landscape loading,the component only needs to be paired in one direction during installation,while vertical loading needs to be paired in both directions.While horizontal loading effectively reduces the center of gravity height of the components during the test process and does not need to lay out the protective measures like vertical loading.At the same time,combined with theoretical calculation and test data,this paper obtains the load conversion method between the two loading methods.4.The degradation law of deterioration and damage degradation of RC column in the state of moderate deterioration was studied,and it was found that after entering moderate deterioration,the degradation rate of component aesthetic performance was obviously accelerated,and the phenomenon of damage deterioration column was more significant.Combined with the results of concrete and rebar research,the deteriorating structure of moderately inferior RC column is analyzed,and based on this,the calculation method of deteriorating and damaging the carrying capacity of the deteriorated RC column is proposed.
