Wuhan city circle has larger precipitation and abundant water resources,butwith the rapid development of the social economy of the city circle,and theimprovement of people’s living standard,the demand of water resources is more andmore big;Meanwhile, with the implementation of the south-to-north water transferproject, there was a decrease in the total water resources of the city circle. In thispaper, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to construct the waterenvironmental carrying capacity index system of Wuhan city circle, then theanalytic hierarchy-entropy weight method was used to determine the index weightand the state space method was adopted to quantify the water environmentalcarrying capacity, and made an nvestigation for the present situation and changetrend of water environmental carrying capacity of Wuhan city circle; combinedwith geographic information system software ArcGIS graphical spatial analysis inorder to show the carrying capacity and characteristics of water environmentalcarrying capacity of Wuhan city circle; Finally forecast the region waterenvironmental carrying capacity with Sequence prediction model GM (1,1), and thestudy of environmental carrying capacity of Wuhan city circle had a positivesignificance, which has an important guiding significance for water resourcesplanning of the region.The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to construct the waterenvironmental carrying capacity index system of Wuhan city circle,and the analytichierarchy-entropy weight method was used to determine the index weight in thispaper. The method made evaluation index of empowerment for subjective andobjective unification,and made the carrying capacity of water environmentquantitative more accurate and reasonable, and largely reduced the subjectivityinfluence.Using entropy weighting method to modify the initial weight, the structurewas simple and easy to implement computer programming.Water environment carrying capacity of Wuhan city circle research status wereshown that the water environment carrying capacity of Wuhan city circle had aupward trend in overall in the period of2005~2010.It can assume that the water environment bearing index had a upward trend in overall.The water environmentbearing grade of Xianning city from grade II promoted to grade IV, Wuhan city fromgrade I promoted to grade II, Huanggang city from grade I promoted to grade III. Itwas indicated that with the development of society, economy and technology, citywater environment bearing capacity was getting better and better. The waterenvironment pressure index of Wuhan city circle had a downward trend in overall, thewater environment pressure grade of Wuhan city from grade II declined to grade I,Xiaogan City, Xiantao City, Huanggang City, Huangshi City from grade declined tograde II. Ezhou City, Xianning city and Qianjiang City from grade IV declined tograde III. It was indicated that with the water resources and environment and society,the coordination of economic development was getting better and better.Wuhan city circle nine administrative region water environment carryingcapacity of spatial distribution study shows that the southeast of water environment ofWuhan city circle bearing level was higher than the northwest, Xianning City washighest and Ezhou City was lowest.The West of water environment of Wuhan citycircle pressure level was higher then West, the lowest level was Wuhan City.Wuhan city circle water environment carrying capacity prediction researchshown that in the next five years, from2011to2015water environment carryingcapacity of wuhan city circle rise in overall.In2015,the bearing index of HuangGang,Wuhan, Ezhou and Huangshi city is greater than1, bearing grade is grade IV.The bearing index of Xiaogani, Qianjiang and Tianmen city is between0.5~0.8,bearing grade is grade II,it is performance that water environmental stress fromresources, environment, society and economy and so on various aspects pressureability increases gradually.The water environment of pressure index of Wuhan citycircle had a downward trend in overall,Xianning and Tianmen city pressure grade isgrade II,the rest of city are grade I.The water environment pressure is dropped inoverall.The water resources and environment and society, the coordination ofeconomic development is getting better and better. |
