In the past decade,Chinese annual coal output has been stable at more than 3 bill ion tons,which strongly supports the rapid development of the national economy.Aft er years of research,China’s coal safety has generally improved,and the number of ac cidents and casualties has decreased significantly.However,at present,major acciden ts still occur from time to time in China’s coal mine production,and the coal mine saf ety form is still grim.Coal mine disaster,gas first.Prevention and control of gas disaster is the premise to ensure the safe mining of coal resources.In the research of gas prevention and cont rol,using mine gas sensor to monitor and early warn harmful gas is one of the key me asures,which plays a very important role.Gas sensor is the core of this technology,a nd its performance is directly related to the accuracy of underground harmful gas mon itoring and early warning.In order to ensure the reliable work of the gas sensor,the st ate must regularly detect the mine gas sensor to find its abnormal state in time.Theref ore,it is urgent to carry out the research and application of automatic test and analysis system of mine gas sensor.Aiming at the problems existing in the original mine gas sensor test,this paper st udies and discusses some related technologies of mine gas sensor automatic test and a nalysis,analyzes the specific parameters and selection of modules such as programma ble power supply,switching power supply and oscilloscope in the mine gas sensor aut omatic test and analysis system,and introduces the hardware electrical design concept and the realization of specific circuit,The software of upper computer and the comm unication protocol of lower computer are described in detail.Through the analysis of national safety standards,combined with the functions of software and hardware,the system mainly realizes the display value stability,response time and basic error calcul ation and processing of gas sensors under different working voltage levels,different g as categories and concentration ranges,and gives the sensor evaluation test data and r esults.This research is of great significance to adapt to the continuous improvement of t he testing requirements of mine gas sensors and improve the testing level.Through th e test system design process,theoretical research,system performance evaluation and experimental verification,the designed system can realize the automatic test of the ma in performance parameters of the gas sensor,meet the requirements of user testing,an d improve the intelligence,integration and automation of the test process compared w ith the traditional manual testing.This paper includes 44 figures,6 tables and 56 references.
