In the recent 30 years,although our country has made great achievement in economic construction,mining safety production still faces the multiple and frequent accidents,seriously endangering the people's life security and hindering sustainable economic development.The current under-mine gas detecting system selects cable transmission mode to transfer data,which has many deficiencies such as limited detecting scope,strong route dependence,tedious wiring and so on.Aiming at these limitations,researches and designs were carried on in order to overcome those deficiencies effectively.It took advantages of wireless transmission,such as broad monitoring scope,convenient networking,flexible organization and strong expansibility,to establish wireless transmission network covering the whole under well area and utilize the existing able to accomplish long-distance transmission.It was of great significance to the current mine safty monitoring and enhancing safty production condition.Firstly this thesis conducted research and summarizes on the background and current development situation of exiting under-mine multiple gases detecting system.It also analyzed the shortcomings of the traditional under-mine gas detecting system and development trend in the future.After further study on relevant technology theory,this paper applied a muitl-gas detecting scheme which combined wired and wireless transmission based on under coal mine space environment and detecting demand.In this paper,a multi-gas detector based on STM32 and mesh shape wireless transmission networks are established,in order to collect and transmit the target gas data in coal mine environment.On the base of the comparison among several common implementation ways of wireless communication and Ethernet gateway,it adopted embedded Ethernet chip W5500 to design ZigBee-Ethernet gateway.This realized the combination of wired and wireless transmission.The PC monitoring system software was developed under labview 2014 software development environment.Besides,the working process,the hardware and software design on the detector,end device,router,coordinator and Ethernet gateway and functions testing were detailed and conducted in this paper.After that,the implementation process of PC software was introduced in detail.Finally,the cross interference among target gases was analyzed and verified.Then the gases sample data was designed through orthogonal experiment method.It selected RBF neural network and support vector regression to process data and the result was able to meet test requirements.It indicates that this system is able to interconnect ZigBee wireless network with Ethernet and accomplish the under-mine gases monitoring data transmission in a wide range and long distance,and manage user data and gas detecting data by PC software.The whole system is of good instantaneity,dependability,practicability,data real-time display in waveform and chart,storage into database,transfinite alarm,monitoring data query,easy maintenance,and strong expansibility and meets the design requirements.This paper is of great significance for raising the level of the under-mine environment safety and ensuring coal mine safety production.
