This paper conducts research on the belt roadway in Wangjialing Coal Mine's12322 working face,systematically analyzes the coal roadway support technology with longitudinal roof cracks,analyzes the surrounding rock stress and deformation laws under the original support conditions,evaluates the original support effect,and finds out the original support technology.Problems with support.Based on the principle and technology of high-strength economic support,the principle and technology of multi-layer support,the principle and technology of borehole pressure relief,the principle and technology of roof sprinkling coal seam roadway support,the belt roadway and air return roadway at 12316 working face are used as test roadways.Analyze the instability mechanism of the coal seam roadway under the condition of the roof with longitudinal cracks developed in combination with the geomechanical parameters of the roadway.From the perspective of reducing the stress of the surrounding rock,changing the surrounding rock structure,and improving the strength of the surrounding rock,it is guided by economic support and rapid construction Thought,centering on the principle and technology of multi-layer support,the support method and parameter optimization of the mining roadway in the123 panel are carried out.Provide effective control technology and methods suitable for the mining roadway in 123 panel,solve the problem of roadway support in Wangjialing coal mine with longitudinal fissures,and propose a complete set of technology system for the surrounding rock control of the mining roadway in Wangjialing coal mine 123 panel,which is useful for solving the longitudinal roof The difficulty of supporting roadways in coal seams with developed fissures is of great significance and value for promotion and application.It can achieve the goals of roadway safety and stability,fast construction speed,and low support cost.It also provides guidance and reference for the control of roadway surrounding rock under similar conditions.
