Using natural macromolecule to treat monosodium glutamate wastewater can not only realize rapid and simple treatment of monosodium glutamate wastewater, but also save the cost of enterprises. The composite material was prepared by(carboxymethyl)lignocellulose and montmorillonite. The effects of different preparation conditions on the properties of composite materials for monosodium glutamate wastewater treatment were studied. The microstructure of the composite was analyzed by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TEM and BET,and its thermal stability was analyzed by TG.The effects of different treatment conditions on the properties of composites were studied. The main experimental results are shown below:(1)Lignocellulose/montmorillonite composite material:When the mass ratio of lignocellulose to montmorillonite is 0.5:1,the concentration of NaOH is 25%,the preparation temperature is 60℃,and the preparation time is 6 h,the maximum COD(chemical oxygen demand)and the maximum NH4+-N(ammonia nitrogen)removal capacity of the composite materials for monosodium glutamate wastewater are 6700 mg/L and 2817mg/L respectively. When 25 m L wastewater is treated by 0.05 g composite material, the treatment temperature is 60℃and the treatment time is 6 h,the maximum COD and NH4+-N removal capacities are 6994 mg/L and 2895 mg/L respectively.(2)Carboxymethycellulose:When the concentration of NaOH is 20%,the mass of chloroacetic acid is 8 g,the preparation temperature is 60℃,and the preparation time is6 h,the maximum COD and NH4+-N removal capacities of carboxymethycellulose for monosodium glutamate wastewater are 4577 mg/L and 3499 mg/L.When 25 m L wastewater is treated by 0.06 g carboxymethycellulose, the treatment temperature is 60℃,and the treatment time is 6 h,the maximum COD removal capacity is 4577 mg/L,and the maximum NH4+-N removal capacity is 3499 mg/L.(3)Carboxymethycellulose/montmorillonite composite material:When the mass ratio of carboxymethycellulose to montmorillonite is 0.5:1,the preparation temperature is60℃,and the preparation time is 6 h,the maximum COD and NH4+-N removal capacity of the composite material for monosodium glutamate wastewater are 8786 mg/L and 3700mg/L.When 25 m L wastewater is treated by 0.1 g composite material, the treatment temperature is 60℃and the treatment time is 6 h,the maximum COD and NH4+-N removal capacities are 8979 mg/L and 3884 mg/L respectively. |
