Modern beverage manufacturers pay attention to flexible production,the significance of which is to ensure the normal operation of the entire production line.In contrast to the actual production lines of beverage packaging,most companies still use horizontal transportation and storage systems.And it is inevitable that they will be forced to pile up on the conveyor line due to failures.Aiming at the buffer storage problem,a beverage product transport and storage device was proposed that can automatically match the production speed.Then the key agency lane-changing trolley was designed,and the movement changes of beverage products when turning lanes was analyzed,and structural parameters reasonableness was verified.Through the analysis of the current research status and practical difficulties at home and abroad,three storage plans to improve the horizontal conveying system of beverage packaging products were proposed,and the spiral buffer storage plan was selected after comparative analysis.Analyzing the functional requirements of the lane-changing trolley for key mechanisms,the component components were designed,and a physical model of the lane-change trolley was established.The motion relationship of the drive sprocket under the control of the two-way conveyor chain in the straight section was analyzed,and the product size and weight requirements for storage device were obtained according to the motion and force analysis.The finite element method was used to carry out the structural static analysis and modal analysis of the drive shaft of the lane-changing trolley,the significance of which was to verify the rationality of the main structural parameters.Through the change of gap size of the gear pair of the internal planetary gear device,the effect of the gap on the motion performance of the drive shaft or the lane-changing trolley was studied.The turning and commutation process of beverage products was simulated and analyzed by dynamics software.Through the force and motion analysis of the output results,the operation of the commutation process of the product was studied,and the smoothness of the movement during the lane change of the product was tested.The virtual design of the key mechanism of the intermediate storage device of the beverage production line was mainly conducted,and the movement state of the product and the dynamic performance of the mechanism through simulation analysis were evaluated,and the rationality of the design was verified.The transformation and upgrading of the conveying system in the beverage packaging industry can gain theoretical significance from this dissertation.
