| Beverages are commodity that people often buy in daily life.In recent years,the global demand for beverage is increasing,and the industry competition is becoming more and more intense.Beverage manufacturers expect to promote the sale of commodities through the design of beverage package.In the current beverage packaging design process,the industry’s evaluation of beverage packaging is often based on whether to meet the needs of the customer and whether it can be accepted by the market as a benchmark.Or rely on the designer’s personal aesthetic experience to control design risk.But each person’s visual experience is different,and the cognition of packaging is also different,so the packaging design of beverage cannot be judged solely by personal aesthetic experience.Moreover,the three parties often differ in evaluating the quality of design works.First,the evaluation standard of the excellent beverage packaging design is not clear;secondly,the designer can not clearly express the evaluation content and method of the quality of the beverage packaging;thirdly,the consumer can not accurately convey the preference to the designer.For the beverage packaging with high production capacity,large waste and low recovery rate,if the design direction cannot be accurately grasped at the design stage,the designers,designers,market and even the ecological environment will face huge design risks.Therefore,the evaluation of beverage packaging design needs relevant evaluation system,and the evaluation mode of beverage packaging design has some practical needs.An excellent beverage packaging design should consider the functions of packaging,protecting products,convenient transportation,displaying commodity attributes,disseminate brand information and so on.How to effectively transform the complex and varied design requirements of beverage packaging into a measurable evaluation index is a topic worth exploring.In view of the above situation,this paper first briefly summarizes the concept and development process of beverage packaging design and the related literature of beverage packaging design at home and abroad.Then the Delphi method was used to select the evaluation indexes from the related fields and to get the opinion of the Delphi expert group on the evaluation index of the beverage package by the way of multi round questionnaire inquiry,in order to improve the reliability of the evaluation index.Secondly,the AHP structure model is established by combining the evaluation indexes of different levels with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),so as to formulate a questionnaire with the weight coefficient and invite the members of the expert group to give the subjective empowerment of the evaluation indexes.Then,the corresponding weight coefficient is calculated by recycling the questionnaire,and the consistency of the weight values of evaluation indexes is checked,and the results are checked.Finally,through the above research,this paper makes a clear explanation of the evaluation index and its corresponding weight of the beverage packaging design,and tries to establish a set of beverage packaging design evaluation model,which is designed to reduce the design risk in the process of beverage packaging research and development. |
