| This paper use the design method of corrugated structure,apply three kinds of thermal insulation interlining researched and developed in the market:pure polyester insulation materials,hot-melt polyester materials,Wool materials,to conduct selective screening and composite testing,this paper design and develop new thermal insulation materials of lightweight,comfortable and warm.Testing and screening the basic performance of the three kinds of insulation materials,use60g/m~2、100g/m~2 pure polyester insulation materials,120g/m~2 hot-melt polyester materials,100g/m~2 wool materials to prepare composite flakes thermal insulation materials,their clo are1.1531clo,2.0765clo,1.6943clo,1.1614clo.In the process of preparing the composite insulation flocculus,in order to meet the needs of lightweight,60g/m~2 pure polyester insulation materials are selected as the upper and lower thermal insulation layers,all of four materials as the middle composite layer,TPU hot-melt melt film is used as the adhesive,and it is bonded under the condition of heating at 125°C for 2 minutes,to prepare four new types of composite thermal insulation materials,then,test and analyze their various performance,find the insulation materials with the best composite conditions.Contrast with raw materials and the polyester-propylene insulation materials,The results show that:in this structural design,the increase in row height has a greater impact on the thermal performance than the increase in column width;compared with the raw materials,this composite structure can effectively improve the thermal performance of raw material,however,compared with polyester-polypropylene insulation materials,the improvement of thermal insulation performance is limited,compared with 250g/m~2 polyester-polypropylene insulation materials,in the pure polyester insulation materials,the warmth performance of 14#insulation materials is increased by 4%;compared with 350g/m~2 polyester-polypropylene insulation materials,the warmth performance of11#and 12#insulation materials is increased by 2%and 7%. |
