| In order to optimize the thermal insulation and lightness property of the batting,the polyester batting was combined with other materials with different characteristics by the way of lamination to form a composite structure.The 100 g / m2 hot melt batting was adopted.By the use of microfiber,curly fiber,hollow fiber,special fibrous fiber materials,this material achieved a high air content and good shape retention performance.For interval material,cotton gauze,polypropylene non-woven fabrics and nylon gauze,high reflective aluminum material and PE films were chosen.The test and study for thermal insulation performance of the composite batting composed of the interval materials and the double-layer batting were carried out.It was found that the the interval materials enhanced the thermal insulation performance of the composite batting.Regarding the infrared reflection performance of the interval materials,the reason is that the interval materials can effectively inhibit the radiant heat transfer within the batting.Because of the aluminum material,the thermal insulation properties of the composite structure had a more obvious improvement.By thermal bonding transfer process,using PA mesh adhesive,laminated material of both good air permeability and high reflection properties were produced.Compared with the aluminized film,as the sandwich material,this material not only could significantly improve the thermal performance of the composite batting,and breathable performance is better.When the the location of interval materials changed,thermal performance of the composite structure of changed at the same time.The reason is that the change of the position of the interval materials caused the changes of the way of contacting between the interval material and other materials.The larger the contacting area was,the lower the infrared reflection performance of the interval materials were,and the worse the thermal insulation property of the composite batting was.The cavity structure batting,solid batting and aluminized interval materials formed a composite structure.In higher temperatures,the combination of the cavity batting and high reflective interval material achieved the purpose of lightness of composite structure. |
