Research On Modular Sustainable Stroller Design

At present,the adjustment of China's family planning policy and the diversification of material life trend,the family demand for strollers is also increasing every year.The existing market is rich in a variety of strollers,which can meet the basic needs of children at all stages of growth.However,due to the characteristics of children's short growth cycle,there are some problems in the use cycle and efficiency of strollers,resulting in the waste of resources.How to reduce waste more effectively and extend the use cycle and efficiency of strollers as much as possible.The combination of stroller design and manufacturing with the concept of sustainable development is a topic worthy of further study and is a trend for future development.In this paper,we investigate the current market of strollers,elaborate and analyze the types of strollers,functional characteristics and material selection,explore the physiological and psychological changes of children's growth process,and summarize the real needs of children in each different period.Using the modular design concept and method,the functions of the stroller are organically divided and reorganized,using different combinations of modules to achieve multiple functions,truly solving the demand of "one car for multiple uses" and meeting the needs of children's growth stages for stroller functions.At the same time,we follow the relevant standards and norms in material and structure,summarize some new principles of stroller design,reasonably solve the problems of stroller life cycle and efficiency,and highlight the design concept of sustainable development.
