As a special type of clothing with multi-disciplinary technology integration,intelligent clothing has a broader scope than traditional clothing.At present,the research on smart clothing is limited to the design and development of a specific type of smart clothing,and the design of clothing also focuses on the function design and implementation,and less on the overall design process and design concept.According to the existing research status,this paper analyzes the key technologies and devices of intelligent clothing based on embedded system,analyzes the design process of this kind of intelligent clothing,and puts forward a set of design process that can be used for this kind of intelligent clothing.The process is divided into the analysis of clothing design points,clothing carrier design,embedded hardware system design,embedded software system design,embedded system testing,clothing and hardware combination design,clothing system testing and improvement.Using the design process,an intelligent fire suit is designed and implemented,which can be used to protect the personal safety of firefighters and assist firefighters to coordinate and cooperate.Starting from the daily working environment and working characteristics of firefighters,this paper analyzes the design points from the perspectives of clothing comfort,warning,toxic and harmful gas monitoring,and firefighters' cooperation.From the fabric,clothing structure and other aspects to improve clothing comfort Through the embedded GPS,Wi Fi module,the firefighters can monitor whether the toxic gas exceeds the alarm value in real time,and can use the wireless intercom between them.Through the test,the test results of the outer fabric,waterproof and moisture permeable fabric,thermal insulation and comfort fabric of the fire suit meet the corresponding national standards;the monitoring sensitivity of harmful gas is high;the "good" warning effect can be achieved in the dark environment(light intensity of 0.5lx,1lx,5lx);compared with ordinary fire suit,the comfort degree is higher under the subjective and objective test,which is in the seven point system The score is higher than 0.44;the interactivity can meet the actual needs.The clothing function is complete,the feedback mechanism is complete,which has a positive role in protecting the personal safety of firefighters.Based on the design process,an intelligent service for the blind is designed and implemented.The intelligent clothing system is designed from the aspects of clothing warning effect,pathfinding function,fall monitoring,fall protection and alarm function.The hardware of the system is based on Arduino With Lite processor as the core,the distance sensor is used to determine the distance of obstacles,and the buzzer is used to warn the wearer when the distance is too close;the three-axis acceleration sensor and SVM algorithm are used to calculate the threshold value of the determination of falls;the high-pressure carbon dioxide cylinder and air bag are used to protect the blind's neck,crotch,elbow,knee and other parts when they fall;combined with GSM module,the wearer's performance is improved If the wearer fails to get up in time,the location information will be sent to the guardian's mobile phone or web page to protect the wearer's personal safety.The test results show that compared with ordinary clothing,the comfort of the blind clothing is poor in heaviness and looseness,and the overall comfort score is 0.14 lower under the seven point system;the blind clothing has a "good" warning effect in the dark environment within 20 m;the recognition degree of the clothing Pathfinder function to the left and right obstacles can reach 100%;the threshold of the sensor combined acceleration and angular velocity is 2.8 G The results show that the success rate of the system can reach 100% under the condition of 60 deg / s and 60 deg / s,and the alarm function can effectively protect the wearer who cannot get up by himself,and inform the guardian in time through SMS and webpage display.
