In the field of digital assembly of aircraft components,automatic drilling and riveting of skin is becoming more and more popular.Automatic drilling and riveting technology has become an important technology in the field of aviation manufacturing.However,with the increasing variety of aircraft products,the improvement of complexity and the strict requirements of delivery quality,many aircraft skin products can not adopt automatic drilling and riveting assembly,especially thin-walled deformable curved surface skin.Due to the influence of its own gravity and clamping force,the actual clamping posture and contour of the skin are quite different from the theoretical mathematical model.So it is difficult to adopt the traditional automatic riveting assembly Drilling and riveting off-line programming system for programming.The current automatic drilling and riveting programming mode to a certain extent restricts the development and application of automatic drilling and riveting technology.In order to solve the above problems,This thesis studies the automatic drilling and riveting processing programming technology,and explores an online automatic programming method to adapt to the actual aircraft skin shape.The online detection and teaching method is adopted,and the reverse fitting method is used to reconstruct the actual skin processing trajectory and reset the actual skin clamping position and posture.And then the post-processing generates the processing program,which makes the automatic drilling and riveting of aircraft skin change from the molding processing programming mode based on digital simulation to the adaptive processing programming mode based on real object.So that the automatic drilling and riveting assembly has better adaptability to the deformed aircraft skin.So as to meet the automatic drilling and riveting assembly requirements of numerous molds and thin-walled deformable aircraft skin for solving the current problem.The skin can not be automatically drilled and riveted or the quality of automatic drilling and riveting is poor.Based on the five axis parallel automatic drilling and riveting machine,this thesis focuses on the online adaptive measurement and reverse reconstruction technology,the space rotation transformation algorithm of the five axis parallel drilling and riveting machine and the multi platform software function design.A set of five axis parallel drilling and riveting machine is developed by comprehensively using the HMI secondary development technology of Siemens numerical control system,PLC control technology,database technology and industrial Ethernet communication technology On line reverse programming system of computer.The system includes the secondary development software of NC interface function and the upper centralized control software.The secondary development software of NC interface function is based on Siemens CNC HMI Advance Program Packet software and DDE server platform is designed with VB and C + +,which realizes the functions of human-machine interface and motion control of normal detection adjustment,visual alignment and teaching data collection;the upper centralized control software adopts VB development language and Auto CAD VBA technology is used to design and realize data processing such as pre operation,reverse reconstruction of machining trajectory,post operation,coordinate system fitting transformation and RTCP trajectory planning,as well as human-machine interface functions such as process planning,process model,teaching verification,program generation,pose correction and simple motion simulation.The practical application shows that the online reverse programming system of the five axis parallel drilling and riveting machine thoroughly solves the problem of automatic drilling and riveting assembly of numerous dies and thin-walled and easily deformed aircraft skin,and meets the requirements of the user in terms of operation control precision,system operability and stability.The system is advanced in technology,reliable and stable in operation,and can be further promoted and applied.
