Belt conveyors are the primary transportation machinery in coal mines,it is inevitable to reduce the energy consumption during its operation.Especially for long haul distances,environmental requirements for large-volume transportation,line friction belt conveyors show unique advantages.The line friction belt conveyor is based on the ordinary belt conveyor,add one or several groups of small belt conveyors,also called intermediate drive or auxiliary machine.The main engine drives the drum to provide the main output traction,the intermediate drive provides auxiliary driving force,used to reduce the belt tension of the conveyor belt.During the operation of the online friction conveyor,it is inevitable that there will be no load and less load,and the middle drive,relying on the force that hinders the relative movement between the two belts as the traction force,so how much material on the conveyor belt,it directly affects the traction output of the intermediate drive.of course,no power output when the intermediate drive is empty,it will inevitably cause a large amount of energy consumption of the host system,but will not produce strong work efficiency,this is a great waste.As for the transportation characteristics of the linear friction belt conveyor,whether it is to increase the tension of the carrier belt,or reduce the tension of the transmission belt,can improve the traction of the intermediate drive,but for long-haul line friction conveyors,whether it’s distance or strength,it is impractical to increase the belt tension of the carrier belt.Not to mention reducing the belt tension of the intermediate drive with tensioner.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the transportation on the conveyor belt in real time.And provide the necessary means of pressurization,improve the traction of the line friction intermediate drive.In this article,first on the wire friction intermediate drive,carrying out the force analysis of the load-bearing belt and transmission belt,calculate the running resistance of each stage of the conveyor,and get the length of the friction drive section,quantity and location,finally,according to the point-by-point tension method,calculate the tension at each position of the conveyor.Use Recur Dyn software to build the simulation of the linear friction conveyor,analyze the belt tension of the transmission belt and the carrying belt in the operation of the conveyor,the influence on the output tractive force of the intermediate drive.Constructed the complete form of the conveyor line friction drive supercharger,based on the resistance to passing analysis of conveyor belts and cargo microblocks,obtain a description of the universal law of the booster signal,the relationship between the belt tension of the conveyor belt and the size of the conveyor belt sag due to gravity is obtained,and include the mathematical analytical expression between the measurement of the size of the material by gravity.Afterthat,three supercharging methods were proposed,perform mechanical analysis for three pressurization methods,the supercharging effect of each supercharging method is studied.And use MATLAB to build the control system of the weighing booster device.Finally use finite element,analyzed the force of the three pressurization methods,and the force cloud map.Drive belt and carrier belt of friction belt conveyor from the line,for the simulation results of the control system,the control system can be based on the value of the material measured by the weighing device,constantly adjust the force of the intermediate drive supercharging device,thereby adjusting the output of traction.Finally,the finite element analysis and comparison of the three pressurization methods,it is concluded that the boost boost has a good boost effect,the edge pressurization effect is second,the press roller has the worst pressurization effect;lifting the pressurization will cause the least damage to the conveyor belt,belt edge pressurization and pressure roller pressurization will cause greater damage to the conveyor belt.In particular,the press roller pressurization may cause shear damage to the conveyor belt.Research results of this article,research to improve the traction of the intermediate drive,and design of line friction drive supercharging device,provide a certain theoretical basis,to reduce energy waste during conveyor operation,provides a reference meaning,in order to reduce the input cost of the conveyor.
