The "13th Five Year Plan" of China promotes the structural reform of the iron and steel industry to solve the serious overcapacity.The "14th Five Year Plan" clearly puts forward that the iron and steel manufacturing industry should take green and high-quality development as the theme.In the implementation stage of Made in China 2025 Srategy,we should accelerate the innovative application of new generation informatization,automation upgrading and intelligent manufacturing in iron and steel enterprises.At the present stage,the market competition of iron and steel industry is increasingly fierce,the production cost is high,and the product profit is low.Iron and steel enterprises must change the traditional production mode of high energy consumption,dense production personnel,and obtaining benefits by scale.Production management is the vitality of enterprises.In iron and steel enterprises,we should combine lean production management with intelligent manufacturing technology to promote the transformation of enterprise production management,change the traditional production management mode,improve the overall production management level of the enterprise,and make the intelligent enabling enterprise operate more efficiently.Taking CG company as the research object,this paper comprehensively applies lean production management,combines the latest application practice of the latest intelligent manufacturing production mode in iron and steel industry,and adopts the methods of relevant theory and literature research,questionnaire survey,practical application of production,experience summary,quantitative analysis and induction of production data to study many production management optimization strategies in the manufacturing process of CG company.First of all,through questionnaire survey and in-depth investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation of production management in CG company and lists its problems existing in the production management in the aspects of making production plan,coordination of upper and lower production processes,cost control of hot metal production,and job setting.Secondly,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy for the problems of production management,such as to improve the level of informatization and automation to make the upper and lower working procedures cooperate efficiently and the production process orderly and smooth;to make the production plan scientifically and reasonably according to the actual production capacity and operation situation and to schedule the production in real time to achieve the scientific group production;to control the lean production cost and reduce the production cost of molten iron by combining the peers' experience of production and management;to optimize the job setting and to make the structure of job setting more reasonable and the production efficiency is more efficient by using the latest intelligent manufacturing concept of iron and steel and the "four uniform" production management mode.Finally,the paper analyzes and summarizes the effect of production management optimization strategy of CG company and looks forward to the further promotion of the research results.This paper can help CG company to improve the production management level and various production economic indicators,and can boost the company to build a comprehensive intelligent lean operation mode to improve its competitiveness in the same industry.
