In recent years,the free-form surface parts more and more widely applied,especially in the field of aeronautics and astronautics Although the numerical control processing technology gradually improve,free-form surface parts CNC processing technology is increasingly perfect,but relative to the common parts,still exist some difficulties in the nc machining of free-form surface parts,processing and high quality requirements,not only guarantee the machining efficiency,and reduce the production cost as much as possible Based on the existing successful case of free-form surface machining,using the experience of its processing,reuse of free-form surface parts processing information,can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce cost.This paper proposed a method of reusing similar free curved surface nc machining information,find similar free curved surface nc machining programming Through to the database has been successful in the case of free-form surface machining analysis,nc machining information extracted from CLSF knife a file,according to the similar surface nc information reuse method,reuse after revision part nc machining information,similar to the surface of the nc machining programming,and the correctness of this method is verified by experiment using UG NX software secondary development function,based on the Microsoft Visual Studio In 2012(VS2012 for short),as a secondary development environment platform,a rapid generation system for NC machining tool location files was written.After extracting the NC machining information of similar free-form surfaces,the corresponding parameters were input into the system to automatically generate the tool path,which improved the NC machining efficiency.(1)Through the simulation experiments conducted on typical cases of NX software processing,and the setting of parameters in the simulation process of explanation NX software,according to the different shapes of free-form surface machining subtypes are classified as follows: variable contour milling depth contour milling and fixed contour milling Blade finish machining,the machining characteristic principle of subtypes,and the key parameters in the process of simulation were explained.(2)In view of the NX software variable contour milling multi-axis machining subtypes,in the database tool posture reverse extraction of freeform surface parts Simulation generated when CLSF files according to the existing surface parts,reverse when calculating the machining tool,and setting the key parameters of the simulation processing,for the further preparation of reusing existing surface nc machining information.(3)Similar research reused freeform surface nc information algorithm NX software simulation in the process of numerical control information can be divided into two levels: strategy machining parameters,according to the existing surface and processing and surface processing requirements and feature similarity,choose direct reference to the numerical control information or reuse of nc machining information,after the modification of some processing parameters and the correctness of this method is verified by experiment.(4)Through the secondary development of NX software,a fast generating system of NC machining tool location file was designed based on VS2012 platform.The simulation machining was carried out through the system,which ensured the machining accuracy and improved the machining efficiency.
