| With the rapid development of society,the continuous progress of science and technology and the improvement of people’s quality of life,the traditional labor-intensive industries generally face the problems of labor shortage,increased labor costs and urgent need for production technology research and upgrading.Of Yongxin county,zhejiang province,the author of this paper intelligent hosiery demonstration garden of the target group construction,summary analysis nowadays hosiery production status and its existing problems,and puts forward the hosiery intelligent production line the development idea and the overall production line production process scheme,design develop hosiery general layout scheme of intelligent workshop equipment and production scheduling system,The key equipment needed to complete the production line is researched and designed,and the computer technology is applied to the hosiery intelligent production line scheme for3 D animation virtual display.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)combined with hosiery industry and the present situation of the production equipment,puts forward the problems existing in the domestic hosiery industry automation equipment research and development,the traditional hosiery traditional production technology and production equipment,production line for hosiery intelligence feasibility analysis,hosiery production line process flow scheme is proposed and the comparative analysis of two kinds of solutions applicable characteristics lay a foundation for later design;(2)based on the research of the workshop equipment layout related theory,first proposed the preliminary planning workshop size,coupled with hosiery production line process flow scheme,designed three kinds of general layout plan of workshop equipment,and applied characteristics of the three schemes are analyzed,finally,according to the enterprise needs to determine the most appropriate solution planning hosiery intelligent scheduling system;(3)According to the overall layout of equipment in the workshop,the functional requirements of key equipment among basic equipment were analyzed,and the structural design of key equipment such as automatic stocking board,automatic stocking taking equipment and automatic folding equipment was completed respectively.The parts modeling and assembly of the above key equipment were completed in Rino or Solid Works software.(4)Combined with the knowledge of mechanical principles and animation production technology,Solid Works and Rhino software were used to jointly model the basic equipment and key equipment in the production line,and video production was made by using Cinema 4D animation method,and then each video was synthesized in Premiere Pro(PR).A virtual demonstration video of hosiery intelligent production line was made. |
