In recent years,researchers have made use of etching,deposition,sol-gel,porous polymer and swelling methods to prepare slippery liquid infused porous surfaces(SLIPS).However,most of the lubricant on SLIPS obtained by common preparation methods is usually free.It will pollute the droplets to be measured and be easy to lose,weaking and even leading to the loss of sliding performance of SLIPS.In addition,some preparation methods are limited to specific materials and shapes,affecting the practical application of SLIPS.In order to solve the above problems,silicone oil molecules and nano-SiO2particles were grafted onto epoxy resin E44 through the cross-linking effect of silane coupling agent KH550.With the modification of epoxy resin,the slipper solid covered coating(SSCC)was prepared,which has the characteristics of loss resistance of lubricant,excellent sliding performance of droplet and stable surface strength.And it can realize the functions of self-cleaning,anti-freezing rain,anti-icing,anti-high temperature and so on.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A new process for preparing SSCC was proposed.The influence of the content of silane coupling agent KH550,nano-SiO2and epoxy resin E44 on the water droplet sliding effect of SSCC was investigated.The component content of SSCC with the best sliding performance was determined,and the SSCC was analyzed and characterized.(2)In order to increase the applicability of SSCC and broaden its application,the droplet sliding characteristics of SSCC under various materials and shapes were studied.Generalized SSCC was prepared on planar substrate,curved substrate and flexible substrate respectively,and the droplet sliding performance under different applications was explored.(3)In order to prove that SSCC has anti-fouling and self-cleaning performance,different kinds of droplets sliding test and self-cleaning test were carried out.The droplets of deionized water,green tea,coffee and milk could slide smoothly on SSCC.The sliding angles were less than 10°,so all kinds of droplets have excellent sliding characteristics on SSCC.Chalk grey on SSCC was easy to be carried away by water droplets,so the SSCC has good self-cleaning performance.(4)In order to explain that the SSCC has the ability to resist harsh environment,the weatherability of SSCC was analyzed.Freezing rain was difficult to form icicles on SSCC,so it isn't easy to freeze in cold environment.And the deicing force of SSCC was reduced by88%compared with the control group.In addition,the SSCC could still maintain the sliding characteristics after being continuously blown by strong wind for 1 h and exposed to direct sunlight for two weeks nearly 8 hours a day,which proves that the SSCC has the performance of wind and sun resistance.(5)In order to show the stability of SSCC in practical use,the application stability analysis was carried out.It can still maintain the sliding characteristics when heated at 100?,150?and 200?or dripped with hot water at 70?.Because the lubricant molecules in the state of silicone oil have been grafted on the coating surface,it has excellent wear resistance under the impact of water flow.The SSCC can withstand sandpaper wear,knife cutting and wrench hammering,so it has excellent surface strength stability.
