As one of the typical bionic multi-functional surfaces,the traditional slippery liquidinfused porous surfaces(SLIPS)covered by the infused liquid are easy to volatilize and migrate,which will lead to the poor slippery properties of the surface and the pollution of other material surfaces.In addition,the injection of low-surface fluoro-containing materials will result in the deterioration of surface biocompatibility and environmental friendliness,and higher production cost.Fortunately,under the inspiration of the nature plant leaves that epicuticular wax usually exits on their surface,which will protect them from dust and rain,the slippery solid-covered surfaces(SSCS)with the good biocompatibility,the high efficiency and the pretty stability is developed.SSCS formed on aluminum and medical scalpel is studied in the essay,which has a good application prospect in the fields of production and living,health care,environment protection and so on.The hydrophobic ceramic coatings certified by FDA and medical-grade silicone oil are mixed evenly according to a certain mass ratio,control variable experiments are used to determine optimum technological parameters of SSCS,under that parameters the sliding angle of water is about 5 °,SEM and EDS characterizations are carried out for the SSCS prepared by the optimum technological parameters as well.The self-cleaning experiments on the aluminum forming SSCS verified that the SSCS has good self-cleaning properties which can achieve self-cleaning effect in a short time than the ordinary aluminum.High temperature resistance experiments show that the SSCS has a good high temperature stability.The SSCS has a good anti-icing property under a low temperature condition and an excellent ice-deicing property.Comparing with the ordinary surface,the de-icing force of the SSCS is reduced by 89.3%,the de-icing time is reduced by3 s.The friction-resistant comparison experiment with the SLIPS and the friction-resistance failure experiment show that the SSCS has an excellent friction-resistance stability.Meanwhile,the SSCS is formed on the medical scalpel,the blood adhesion test at the room temperature shows that the SSCS scalpel has a good anti-blood property.The boiling sterilization and immersion disinfection of SSCS scalpels prove that the SSCS have a pretty anti-blood property,an excellent anti-adhesion property and a good slippery property evenafter immersion in 105 ? boiling water with 1 wt% sodium carbonate for 40 minutes,3 wt%hydrogen peroxide and 0.025 wt% povidone iodine solution for 5~15 minutes and ultraviolet disinfection at different times.
