Development And Application Of Oil Tube Checking Device

With the expanding demand for energy in economic development,China's oil and gas industry has entered a rapid development period.With the increasing depth and quantity of oil well development,the demand for tubing and casing is increasing day by day.In order to reduce the production cost of oil field,it is necessary to repair and reuse the tubing.API Pipe Standardization Committee also make clear stipulation that every finished or semi-finished casing and tubing diameter should be tested in full-length,so does the reuse oil tubing.Therefore,the tubing diameter checking machine has become an indispensable operation equipment in the field of oil and gas field exploitation.Combining with the working principle of the existing tubing checking machine,this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of various tubing checking machines.And designs the system from three aspects: structural design,power design and control design.The main research contents are as follows:1.Structural design of oil tube checking device is done.The functional requirements,characteristics and technical specifications of oil tube checking device are clarified.The overall design scheme of oil tube checking device is put forward.The spinning forward checking mode is determined,and the design of the closed guide rail and the unblocking mechanism are completed.The mechanical structure of the main and support system of the oil tube checking device are designed,and the strength and stability are analyzed.2.The power design of oil tube checking device is carried out.Determine the maximum checking power required in the process of checking operation,calculate the minimum inner diameter required for each cylinder,and complete the selection of power machine for oil tube checking device.3.Design the control system for oil tube checking device.Define the action requirements of each body in the checking process,design the control system according to the pneumatic and electric control principle,complete the selection of PLC and frequency converter,and compile the PLC control program.Finally,in August 2018,installation and commissioning were carried out in the oil field.A set of oil tube checking equipment,which integrates automatic checking,automatic unblocking,automatic spraying and automatic sorting,has been successfully developed.
