Welan gum is a new microbial polysaccharide oil displacement agent.As an excellent tertiary recovery oil displacement agent,Welan gum has shown great market value.At present,the domestic demand for Welan gum is increasing day by day.However,the domestic cultivation technology of Welan gum is immature,and the long-term blockade of the cultivation technology of our country’s Welan gum has led to a more prominent contradiction between supply and demand.Therefore,how to further develop the culture technology of Welan gum and obtain high-yielding Welan gum strains has become a hot topic in domestic research.The main work of this paper is to improve the yield of Welan gum by optimizing the culture environment of Welan gum and excavating the suspected gene fragments in DNA data of Sphingomonas sp.wg.By analyzing and processing the environmental data of Welan gum culture,combining support vector regression(SVR)and adaptive genetic algorithm(AGA),a method of Welan gum culture environment optimization was proposed.Sphingomonas is a bacteria that produces Welan gum,which can be cultured and produced.This part of the data is transformed into ternary form by SASR method.The TPwalk trend map is observed by complex plane analysis method,and the coding and non-coding regions are located.The sliding frame technique is used to improve the traditional sliding frame moving interval to three base sites.The power spectrum analysis of the base sequence after coding was used to observe its three-periodic characteristics,so as to further improve the accuracy of gene localization.The aim of this paper is to increase the production of Welan gum,and to carry out related experiments at the biological and genetic levels.At the biological level,the optimal culture environment for liquid fermentation of Welan gum was obtained.The yield of Welan gum in this environment was 31.65 g/L,which was 3.3% higher than the maximum yield of30.63 g/L in the biological experiment data.At the gene level,1115 suspected gene fragments,353 unrecorded base sequence fragments and 12 suspected gene sequences with triple periodicity were finally found.
