Hands-off mining technology in deep underground metal mines is an inevitable trend for the development of mining engineering in the future.Operation environment generation and configuration optimization is an important prerequisite for efficient and safe operation of hands-off mining equipment,and is also a fundamental guarantee for improving the production capacity of mines.Determine the number of simultaneous stopes is the core of the hands-off mining equipment operating space environment.Relying on the "Thirteenth Five-Year" national key research and development plan "Underground Metal Mine Large-scale Hands-off Mining Technology" project.Taking the hands-off mining middle section of the Sanshan Island Gold Mine as the research background.Researched the operating environment generation and configuration optimization of equipment for hands-off mining.Constructed and solved the hands-off mining equipment scheduling model.Analyzed the change law of stope recovery time with the simultaneous stopes.Determined the number of simultaneous stopes and equipment.The research findings are as follows.(1)Combined with the operating characteristics of hands-off mining equipment.Put forward a framework for the operating environment generation of equipment for hands-off mining.The framework mainly includes two parts of the space and physical environment of stope.Focused on the research on the generation of stope space environment.Determined the number of simultaneous stopes and equipment.(2)Built a dynamic scheduling model for hand-off mining equipment based on time window.Solved the scheduling model using genetic algorithm.Calculated the mining time,the idle time of stopes and the idle time of hand-off mining equipment when the equipment for hands-off mining operates in different numbers of stopes at the same time.(3)Divide the simultaneous stopes into five areas.Equipment idle area,the number of simultaneous stopes is too small,the stopes are always working,the equipment idle time is large.The area where the equipment idle time is relatively large,the number of simultaneous stopes is relatively small,the equipment idle time is longer than the stopes.The equipment-stope coordination area,the number of simultaneous stopes is moderate,the idle time of the equipment and stopes are same.The area where the stopes idle time is relatively large,the number of simultaneous stopes is large,the equipment idle time is less than the stopes.Stopes idle area,the number of simultaneous stopes is too large,the equipment are always working.Construct a total time evaluation function.Got the number of simultaneous stopes corresponding to the minimum point of the total time of a single stope.Determined the number of simultaneous stopes.(4)Under the premise of reasonable scheduling of equipment for hands-off mining,put forward a method for optimizing the configuration of equipment for hands-off mining.Combining with the reality of Sanshandao Gold Mine,Carried out configuration optimization research on hands-off mining equipment.Obtained the number of hands-off mining equipment and determined the number of simultaneous stopes after optimizing the configuration of hand-off mining equipment is 5.
