| With the development of the oilfield in our country, the position of oil and gas pipeline transportation in the national economic development of China’s is becoming more and more significant. With the increase of oil delivery time, oil and gas pipelines are prone to damage and defects, and oil spill occurs. This not only affects the normal production of oil fields, but also can causing environmental pollution of the ground, and causing ecological disaster. So the safety problem of the pipeline transportation has aroused widely attention in the society. Pipeline detection is the most reliable method of detecting pipeline for the moment; it is an important safeguard for pipeline transportation safety. The power system of the pipeline intelligent detection is the core part of the whole detector, it carriers on an important task of power supply of the test device. Power supply stability, security and long duration, and can provide a more reliable for the detector test in the pipeline basis. It has important practical significance for reducing the country’s economic losses, protecting the natural environment and personal and property safety.In view of the existing power system intelligent detectors, such as voltage regulators poor performance, low power continuous output capability shortcomings, this paper proposes a new design:use the independent chip as the regulator chip to avoid the poor stable performance which caused by the low resistance accuracy and the limited output power.And also proposed a self-generating device which can be used in pipeline intelligent detectors to provide sustainable energy for the detector, and can guarantee long time, long distance work. In addition, the design of the output voltage from the generator fuzzy PID controlled by pulse width modulation (PWM), ensured the safety control of battery and load voltageThe paper contains four main aspects:first, through the currently available detection scheme, put forward voltage requirements analysis and design, and design a relatively stable, reliable voltage regulator circuit through simulation and experiments; Second, design two kinds of self-generating devices:impeller power generation device and piezoelectric power generation device, and use the Simulink software to simulate the output voltage on the power; Third, using the AVR microcontroller as the core of the entire power system to control chip, and design its internal peripheral circuits and related software processes. Fourth, using the fuzzy PID algorithm to control the PWM pulse width modulation of the spontaneous electrical device Buck circuit.The system combines self-generating, and battery voltage detection and other functions in one system, providing continuous and reliable supply base through the fluid kinetic energy convert to electrical energy for subsequent detector testing work. Based on passive operating equipment in-pipe related needs of power system, this system is expected to achieve less than five thousandths of ripple power supply, as well as 20 hours of pipeline operation and sustainable testing. |
