The main research content of this paper is to design a high-precision servo feeder based on the requirements of enterprises.It is mainly used for processing the semiconductor lead frame,and the precision requirement is ±0.03 mm.In order to achieve the intended purpose,first of all,this paper analyzes the common feeder structure and the error source,through the fault tree analysis to find out the factors that may affect the accuracy of feeding from the aspects such as design,manufacture,combined with the material mechanics and the precision of the cumulative error of related knowledge to the design of the ultra precision servo feeder feeding accuracy are analyzed in theory,And the correlation accuracy is checked in MATLAB environment.On the basis of accuracy to meet the requirements,the structure of the feeding machine is designed.The feeding machine is driven by double servo.The feeding end and the release end are driven by a servo motor respectively.Roller feeding is selected as the feeding method,and the servo motor drives the roller to lift to realize the relaxed operation.The motion cycle diagram of the feeding process is designed theoretically.On the basis of the structure design,the modeling and simulation in Solid Works environment are completed.In order to verify the quality of the product and avoid the resonance between the feeder and the punch press,the finite element analysis of the model built by ANSYS was carried out to verify and put forward the relevant improvement suggestions.Through this design,it is found in theory that the feeding accuracy has been successfully improved,and some efforts have been made in the research of ultra-precision high-speed servo feeder which is needed for high-speed precision stamping of materials with large spacing and wide spacing in China.It provides certain reference for the research and development process of ultra-precision punch feeder in China in the future.
