| In recent years,with the rapid development of modern manufacturing,the stamping parts have become more and more precise,and the demand is increasing.That makes high-speed punching machines have been widely used in many industrial sectors.The traditional manual feeding method has been unable to keep up with the production cycle of high-speed punching machine.Due to the excellent working performance,higher work efficiency,and higher feeding precision,the high-speed punching machine feeder is gradually applied to the high-speed precision stamping industry.In view of the needs of actual production and development of the enterprise,this study developed a feeder that matches the automaticity of the BEST series high-speed punching machine.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the BEST series highspeed punching machine,stamping raw material,stamping parts and progressive die,this article put forward several general functional requirements of the feeder.The main functional requirements were specifically analyzed,such as the feeding type and the reciprocating feeding function,and the most suitable realization of each main function was determined by comparison.The mechanism of the feeder used in the high-speed punching machine and its inadequacies were analyzed.Based on the above,we protocoled the general mechanism scheme of the feeder.The working principle of the feeder was analyzed.Based on the working principle,the motion cycle of the feeding period is designed and expressed in the form of a motion cycle diagram.The overall structure and each component were structurally designed,and the threedimensional model of each component was established by SolidWorks,then we obtained the virtual prototype.The dual dwell and oscillating cam mechanism of the reciprocating feeding function of the feeder was designed.The modeling of the dual dwell and oscillating cam was completed by the combination of the mathematical modeling and 3D software modeling.Similar design and modeling work was performed on the disk cam mechanism.The finite element static analysis of the driving camshaft and the feeder base was carried out by ANSYS Workbench.Based on the analysis results,we proposed some improvement measures.In order to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode of the camshaft component,the feeder base,and the box,their model analysis was carried out,and we analyzed the vibration mode of each.The analysis results show that the lowerorder natural frequency is much higher than the operating frequency range of the highspeed precision punching machine,which avoid the occurrence of resonance.Finally,in order to ensure the processing quality of the feeder parts and the assembly accuracy of the feeder,we analyzed the key details of the processing of the feeder parts,especially the dual dwell and oscillating cam and disk cam.The processes of assembling the components and the feeder were systematically stated.It is elaborated how to operate to achieve simultaneous adjustment of the punching machine and the feeder after the feeder is installed in position to ensure that the punching action and the feeding action are carried out in an orderly manner according to the predetermined motion cycle diagram. |
