As people continue to pursue quality of life and beauty,as well as comfort in clothing, more and more generous and simple garments are becoming popular. However, when making a garment that fits well,it is often necessary to make a switch or add one or two extra small cuts to achieve the aim.As a very important part of the garment making process, the use of the induction process can save more steps in the garment making process when used in a timely manner. In this study, the relationship between the angle value of the human body surface and the body shape is analyse through the analysis of the morphological characteristics of the human body surface, and the relationship between the shape of the garment and the distribution of the amount of saving is analyse to find the range of the amount of looseness of the fitted garment in general, and then the existing garment patterns are analyse through data search to find three methods of pattern design suitable for the study of the non-saving fitted garment, and the most suitable pattern for this study is found through experimental testing The design method is the Japanese New Culture Prototype. Finally, the Japanese New Culture Prototype was patterned and adjusted, transferring part of the bust, shoulder and waist provinces to the neckline, sleeve cage and skirt hem, reducing the difference between the bust, waist and hip to make the pattern lines more fluid.By analyse the characteristics and application of the plucking process in garments, this study defines the object of study, which is a fitted garment with no province, and investigates a fitted dress with no province and no sleeves, focusing on the amount of relaxation at the waist and whether the garment fits beautifully after the different fabrics are plucked.Experiments were conducted using five types of dress fabrics that are mostly used and representative of the market, such as cotton, linen, polyester, poplin and worsted.Based on the collected experimental data and after correlation and linear regression analysis, the linear regression equation for the before and after culling of fitted garments without saving under different fabrics was obtained.Through this linear regression equation, the amount of waist relaxation after culling can be calculated in the future when the amount of waist relaxation after culling is unknown, and the amount of waist relaxation before culling can be calculated. The waist relaxation is calculated so that the construction line of the unprotected fit garment can be adjusted directly. In combination with the evaluation of the appearance of the sample garment and the wearing experience,it was found that when the waist relaxation is between 7and 9 cm,plus 2 to 3 cm after the return draw, the majority of fabrics can be made directly using the return draw process to produce a non-savings fitted garment, simplifying the structural process. This simplifies the construction process and reduces labour and time costs during the quantitative production process in the factory.
