Research On Style And Process Design Of Double-sided Wearable Garment Based On Fabric Selection

This paper mainly focuses on the design of double-sided clothing,including material type analysis,process design research and style design research.(1)This paper analyzes and studies three kinds of fabrics used in double-sided clothing: single-sided,double-sided and composite.Single-sided fabric clothing variety,moderate thickness,and two layers of fabrics can be superimposed.The fabric is mostly wool fiber and its fabric as well as synthetic fiber.Double-sided fabrics are yarn-dyed yarns,which appear to be one layer of fabric when weaving two kinds of fabrics.The fabric is fine and expensive,and the upper and lower sides can be of the same color or different colors.The fabric mainly includes cashmere and its blended interwoven double-sided fabric,wool and interwoven double-sided fabric and wool-like double-sided fabric.Double-sided garment stitching process requires moderate thickness of fabric and complex stitching process,pay attention to the edge of the garment warp.Composite fabric is developed and popular in recent years,its fabric and double-sided fabric have their similar characteristics,but the composite fabric is formed by two kinds of fabric bonding together.(2)The process analysis of double-sided wear clothing includes stripping method,garment collar type design and analysis,garment pocket process design and analysis,design and analysis of the front of garment door,design and analysis of garment pendulum process,design and analysis of garment side seam technology,design and analysis of garment back slit.The composite fabric is similar to the double-sided fabric in garment processing technology and is special in processing.In order to ensure the no stitching effect of double-sided clothing,manual or mechanical stripping is necessary,and attention should be paid not to stretch the fabric to cause deformation.Other garment parts of the sewing process has its special place.(3)The design of single-sided fabric,double-sided fabric and composite fabric is carried out respectively.In the design of double-sided clothing,it mainly embodiesthe characteristics of simple style structure and double-sided wear.Different types of clothing,can be designed into coat,windbreaker,and jacket and down jacket and skirt,and so on,suitable for men and women,mainly suitable for processing into spring,autumn and winter clothing.Clothing design can be through the right,reverse clever design to achieve multiple styles of clothing effects and decorative effects.Double faced double faced fabric is difficult to handle in technology.Considering the difficulty of making technology,it can’t be processed in many ways such as structure,province,and segmentation.It requires the structure to be as simple as possible.
