With the development of science and technology,lighting control system has been more intelligent.However,most of factories are using the traditional lighting control,resulting in a great waste of energy.At present,Shifang cigarette factory is an old plant,and uses the traditional lighting control,which is based on fluorescent lamps.It's caused that the cost for maintenance is high,the energy is wasted,the stability of lighting effects is inadequste,etc..For the sake of those problems,the lighting control method of the new plant will be changed so that it can reach the goal of environment-friendly,energy-saving and intelligence.This topic comprehensively analyzes the development status of short-distance wireless communication technology,lighting control system,wireless intelligent lighting,and hardware circuit design technology.Based on ZigBee technology,the lighting control system designed of a cigarette making & packing manufacturing plant is that controls the different units and different areas separately.Depended on the functional requirements of each module analyses,detailed circuit diagram design and PCB production,and the specific communication way,it is designed and made the terminal and coordinator modules,which can collect and display the air temperature,the humidity,the ambient light intensity and the human body infrared sensor information,etc..The upper-computer display those informations for users to look over.Through those measures,the system has been achieved the control,the management level improved,the energy conserved,the maintenance and operating cost of the system reduced,so as to make the workshop intelligent and economical.
