Large-size die casting mold is a new trend in the development of die casting industry.The high cost of mold makes the efficient and perfect operation and maintenance scheme of die casting mold become the current research hotspot.At the same time,with the "Made in China 2025",the die casting enterprises have been focusing on the digital transformation,but the die casting mold lack of a complete condition monitoring program.According to the requirements of die casting mold this paper designed and developed a set of remote operation and maintenance management system of die casting mold based on B/S framework,which realized the functions of automatic maintenance of moving pair of die casting mold,remote monitoring of status data and remote management of mold information.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Design a centralized lubrication system for the moving pair of die casting dies.With PLC as the core,various sensors and actuators are connected to design and process the force detection method and automatic lubrication system for the moving parts of die casting dies.HMI touch screen is designed to provide on-site real-time data display and terminal interface for controlling debugging,to help the staff maintain the moving pair of the die.2.Design a remote operation and maintenance management system of Die Casting Mould Web end.The DTU module is used to realize the communication.Build a cloud database of the die-casting mold.The architecture of front and rear end separation is adopted to design.Provide a cloud platform for mold related staff to monitor the mold state remotely and manage mold information.3.Test the system function.Installed this system on the related die.This system can realize effective automatic lubrication effect,and the remote operation and maintenance platform can realize remote display of state parameters and other die information management functions,indicating that the development task is basically completed.
