Styrene-acrylic emulsion is widely used in paper surface modification to improve paper performance,but paper will increase the breeding and spread of bacteria and viruses during use.Titanium dioxide is a common antibacterial agent,which is combined with cationic starch styrene-acrylic emulsion to prepare antibacterial emulsion and applied to paper antibacterially.In this thesis,titanium dioxide is used as an antibacterial agent,and?-cyclodextrin host-guest recognition is used as an intermediate to prepare an antibacterial emulsion and study its paper properties and antibacterial properties.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Guest research:acid treatment of titanium dioxide can effectively remove impurities and improve the dispersion performance of titanium dioxide;three different silane coupling agents(KH550,KH560,KH570)are used to organically modify titanium dioxide,and in different Under the conditions,the influence of the modification effect is compared,and then the hydrophobic group adamantane molecules are introduced,so that the product obtained provides guest molecules for subsequent host-guest recognition.Through FTIR,TG,XRD and other characterizations,when acid treatment is carried out with 2mol/L hydrochloric acid,KH570 is 4ml,solvent toluene is 20ml,the maximum yield is 88.41%;Ti O2 and adamantane carbonyl chloride When the mass ratio is 1:1,dimethylaminopyridine is1.5g,the reaction time is 48h,and the obtained yield is 60.18%,the dispersibility of titanium dioxide is better.(2)Main research:Using N-methylol acrylamide to modify?-cyclodextrin to prepare alkenyl?-cyclodextrin derivatives to provide activating groups for subsequent reactions.(3)Research on subject and object recognition(1)Simulation calculation of host-guest recognition:using MS molecular simulation DMol3 module to perform host-guest recognition of adamantane molecule and?-cyclodextrin and adamantane formyl chloride and?-cyclodextrin,and the simulation calculation of reaction with titanium dioxide.Calculated by the energy diagram and formula,?Eadamantane-?-cyclodextrin<?Eadamantaneformyl chloride-?-cyclodextrin,and the lowest energy of titanium dioxide-adamantaneformyl chloride-?-cyclodextrin is much lower than adamantane The lowest energy of formyl chloride-?-cyclodextrin,so the stable titanium dioxide-adamantyl chloride-?-cyclodextrin model structure is obtained.(2)Experimental research on host-guest recognition:Prepare the inclusion compound of N-methylolacrylamide-?-cyclodextrin and adamantane-titanium dioxide through host-guest recognition by different methods,and pass FTIR,TG,XRD,SEM,etc.The characterization shows that when the experimental method is freeze-drying and the molar ratio of N-methylolacrylamide-?-cyclodextrin to adamantane-titanium dioxide is 1:1,titanium dioxide-N-methylolacrylamide-?is prepared-The characteristic peak of adamantane in the cyclodextrin disappears,indicating that the adamantane group is completely included in the cavity of?-cyclodextrin.(4)Research on cationic starch styrene-acrylic antibacterial emulsion:cationic starch is used as emulsifier,and styrene,acrylic acid,adamantane modified titanium dioxide-N-methylolacrylamide-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound etc.are used as monomers.Copolymerization(using cationic starch as emulsifier,styrene,acrylic acid,N-methylolacrylamide-?-cyclodextrin,etc.as monomers for copolymerization,and then adding adamantane-titanium dioxide blend)preparation based on?-cyclodextrin Copolymerization/blending styrene-acrylic antibacterial emulsion for host and guest recognition.Through FTIR characterization,it was concluded that styrene was successfully grafted and copolymerized with cationic starch.Among the basic properties of the antibacterial emulsion,the viscosity of the emulsion was as high as1750m Pa·s,and the chemical stability and storage stability were good.(5)Antibacterial and paper performance test of the antibacterial emulsion:The styrene-acrylic antibacterial emulsion was added to the culture dish with bacteria by the inhibition circle method.Observed through testing,the diameter of the inhibition circle measured with 4.13g of N-methylolacrylamide-?-cyclodextrin and 0.56g of adamantane-Ti O2 as the blending monomers is as high as 11.82mm,and the antibacterial sensitivity is as high as 11.82mm.Can reach the degree of sensitivity.Through the emulsion paper test,it can be concluded that the bursting resistance can reach 279 Kpa,the folding resistance can reach 53 times,the smoothness can reach41.06%,and the crease stiffness can reach 0.8m N·m,which are higher than pure paper and pure cationic starch styrene-acrylic acid.The paper properties of the emulsion.
