| This paper focused on value-added utilization of bagasse-an agricultural waste, and exploited new preparation method of polyether polyol through catalyzed liquification. The effects of surfactant, temperature, ratio of liquid to solid, dosage of catalyst and reaction time on the liquification were studied and optimized, and the component and properties of liquification product were measured.Furthermore, the influence of technological parameters on the properties of imitated cork wood polyurethane from liquification product is investigated. The major issues were as followings:1,the influence of bagasse pretreatment ways on the micro structures and liquification yield were studied, and the liquification yield was enhancedwhen the bagasse was treated by puffing.2,the liquification were affected by surfactant, temperature, ratio of liquid to solid, catalyst and reaction time. The liquification parameters were optimized through single factor experiment as the followings: the dosage of catalyst is 3.0 wt% of liquefier mass, the dosage of surfactant is 0.8 wt% of liquifier, the ratio of liquifier(PEG200:glycerinum=7:3)to bagasse is 5:1,the temperature is 140 ℃,and the reaction time is 4 h,the liquification yield is 95.8% and the hydroxyl value, viscosity and water content of liquification products are 431.6 mg KOH/g,1213.0 cps and lower than 0.08% respectively.3,the formulas for the synthesis of imitated cork wood polyurethane and its flame resisted one were confirmed.DMMP,an organo-phosphorous flame retardant was introduced into the foam system and the limiting oxygen index of prepared imitated cork wood was 26.3% when the dosage of DMMP was 15%.4,A biomass based imitated cork wood polyurethane was prepared with liquification product as part of the polyether polyol in the formulation. The influence of the dosage of liquification product on the mechanical properties of prepared imitated cork wood was studied, and the properties meet the requirements of ISO084 when the ratio of liquification products to polyol was 40%. |
