Noise pollution is one of the third major public hazard in the process of social development,so the materials of vibration and noise reduction have attracted a lot of attention of many researchers.Polyurethane(PU)elastomer as a kinds of polymer materials,due to its excellent comprehensive properties,has been favored by many researchers.Generally speaking,high performance damping materials require the temperature range of mechanical loss tangent(tan ?)>0.3 should be greater than 60?.Due to the structure of PU is flexible and designable,by designing the structure of PU can meet the practical requirements.As the awareness of environmental protection of people enhanced,solvation-based PU has been gradually replaced by waterborne polyurethane(WPU).But WPU also has some shortcomings,introduction of polyacrylic(PA)into WPU not only can make up for the deficiency of WPU,but also introduce the excellent performance of PA,so as to achieve the complementary effect.Based on this,this paper mainly carries on the structure design of PU molecule from the following two aspects.(1)A new different kind of waterborne polyurethane acrylate(WPUA)dispersions were synthesized based on isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB),1,4-butanediol(1,4-BDO),Polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG),Dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),hydroxyethyl methylacrylate(HEMA),trimethylolpropane(TMP),2-ethylhexyl acrylate(EHA)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)as main raw materials.The influence of the HTPB content on the particle size,storage stability of the WPUA dispersions and on the thermodynamic properties,dynamic mechanics property of films were studied by using Dynamic light scattering(DLS),Thermogravimetric(TG),Dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)respectively.It can be found the WPUA dispersions have a good storage stability.Thermal and mechanical properties of cured film have been improved and the temperature range of loss tangent(tan ?)> 0.3 reaches a maximum(105 ?)when the content of HTPB is 20%.(2)Firstly,dangling chain based polyol chain extender(DC-OH)was synthesized by polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(MPEG),IPDI and TMP.Then,Based on IPDI,1,4-BDO,DC-OH,PTMG,DMPA,HEMA,TMP,EHA,MMA as main materials and by varying the content of DC-OH to synthesis a serious of DC based WPUA(DC-WPUA)emulsions.The influence of the DC-OH content on the partial size of DC-WPUA emulsions and the property of DC-WPUA films were studied by using DLS,wide-angle X-ray diffraction measurement(XRD),DMA et al.Wuth the increase of the content of DC-OH,the partial size of emulsions decreased gradually,the degree of crystallization of DC-WPUA film decreased and the effective damping temperature range were changed from 74 ? to 110 ?.
