The impact frangible epoxy foam cover,because of its simple opening form,easy storage and corrosion resistance,has become a popular subject of research on canister covers.However,the technical requirements for the impact performance of fragile covers during the impacting and opening processes need to be established to ensure that the impact range of fragile covers is strictly limited to protecting the precision instruments and equipment of warheads from the impact.On the basis of the aforementioned requirements,this study established a set of impact force testing techniques and methods,and the main factors affecting the breaking force of epoxy foam fragile covers and their variation rules were obtained.Design the epoxy foam fragile sample cover structure and set up low speed impact experiment device,the use of orthogonal test and extreme difference analysis method,the discrete degree of impacting force smaller sample of aluminum alloy sample cover for impact test,the impact performance stability of aluminum alloy cover under different external factors impact the change rule,for subsequent epoxy foam sample cover provides some references for the impact test.Through the combination of numerical simulation and practical test,the mechanical properties of epoxy foam material were tested,and the relevant material property parameters were obtained.And according to the actual working condition of the test,using the finite element analysis,the epoxy foam fragile sample under the orthogonal test of nine groups parameters were calculated,respectively obtained under the different impact factors of simulation test data and the influence of epoxy foam fragile sample cover impact change rule,to determine the impact velocity is one of the biggest impact on the impact degree of factors.The results of finite element simulation are basically consistent with the impact test of fragile epoxy foam cover.Combined with the conclusion of impact test and numerical simulation of epoxy foam fragile sample cover,the impact test method could applied to a type of epoxy foam fragile cover product.The trend of the impact performance is consistent with the sample cover.The cover miniaturization test has feasibility and reference value.The impact test method uses the miniaturized sample cover to predict the trend of impact performance,and the results of numerical simulation and actual test are reflected each other in the impact process,which can provide some reference for the research on the impact performance of other series of fragile epoxy foam cover.
