The Nonlinear Finite Element Simulation Analysis Of Automotive Cover Panel Stamping And Quality Management

With computer technology and finite element technology development,The application value simulation method carries on the computer simulation to the sheet forming process, substitutes the actual experimental mold, to provide reliable and reasonable process parameters , has become one important method for cover technological design and the mold design in the current。In this paper, the full understanding and analysis of domestic and foreign automotive panel stamping technology, based on theoretical analysis and simulation verification, for a typical automotive panel stamping simulation analysis of issues were discussed. And the initial establishment of CAE technology in the panel process management module, and standardize the management of CAE technology in industrial applications。Firstly, this paper make the stamping simulation for automotive panel with the Auto-Form software, on the realization of sheet metal forming finite element simulation and simulation analysis of the basic steps in the process of some of the key technical issues for practical automotive panel stamping die optimization providing a reference.
