H2S is a toxic gas,which is extremely common in the environment where humans live.It not only damages human nerves,but may also cause the danger of suffocation.Long-term exposure to H2S will cause great damage to human health.Therefore,it is of great significance to effectively detect H2S gas in people's daily life environment and ensure people's healthy living environment.In addition,there are also H2S"threats"in industrial production,food safety,and medical diagnosis.Therefore,detection devices with stable production properties,small size,and convenient use are also people's needs.This article uses ZnS/ZnO as the sensitive material.Conduct sensitive performance research on trace-level H2S gas.The specific research work is as follows:the synthesis of porous structured ZnS/ZnO microspheres,hollow structured ZnS/ZnO microspheres,ZnS/ZnO nanowire arrays,Zn/ZnS/ZnO composite materials by the water bath method.Through scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,the structure-effect relationship between the structure,composition,morphology and other parameters of the material and the gas-sensitive properties of H2S is studied.The final results show that the Zn/ZnS/ZnO composite material has a faster response and recovery speed to H2S gas and a higher recognition ability.The excellent performance is attributed to the higher pore size,the synergistic effect of metal and ZnS and ZnO heterojunction.In order to further increase the porosity and improve the material performance,the Zn/ZnS/ZnO composite material is put into the HCl solution for different degrees of acid corrosion treatment.The results show that when the corrosion time is 30 minutes,the gas sensitivity is improved.Under high temperature conditions,the corroded Zn/ZnS/ZnO composite material has a higher response to H2S gas,the sensitivity can reach 5.5 in 2 ppm H2S gas,and it has good selectivity under this condition.
