Application Research Of Mining Power System Based On Data Distribution Service

Mining protectors have many manufacturers,which causes them have many versions of functions and standards.The communication of the protectors has heterogeneous problems,which makes it difficult for the mining power system to be compatible with products of different manufacturers.Therefore,research on the heterogeneity of mining communications is of great engineering value.This paper proposes that data distribution service(DDS)middleware technology is made as the third-party communication protocol.The communication platform based on DDS is built,which transforms the different communication protocols into DDS communication protocol to realize the unified management of the whole mining protectors.The main work of the paper is organized as follows:(1)The background is introduced to analyze the heterogeneous problem of mining power system.The trend and application scenario of DDS is described and the framework of system is introduced.(2)Four models including point-to-point,client/server,distributed object and publish/ subscribe models are proposed to further explain DDS and its Qo S strategies.The integrated environment for deploying DDS is proposed and the structure of mining power system without/with DDS are analyzed.(3)The hardware of mining power system based on DDS are studied,including ARM module,A/D sampling module,485 communication module,Modbus protocol equipment and USB-RS485 converter.(4)The platform of mining power system based on DDS is introduced and the code is compiled to realize DDS entities.Two processes of protocol conversion are studied,which includes IEC 60870-103 protocol and Modbus protocol to DDS protocol.(5)The performance of mining power system based on DDS is tested and the monitoring software of DDS is compiled to monitor real-time data.The experimental platform of mining power system based on DDS is built,which proves that DDS can realize heterogeneous communication of mining power system.
