Research On Risk Control Of Equipment Procurement For Deepwater Platform Of HJJ Offshore Company

With the transformation of the global energy structure and the increasing maturity of deep-sea exploration technology,the rapid development of the offshore engineering industry has resulted in a huge demand for supporting equipment for deep-water platforms,and diversified risks will appear in the procurement process.Therefore,procurement management has become an important part of the operation of offshore engineering construction companies,especially in the high-value deep-water platform equipment procurement business,and excellent risk management reduces capital risks and improves the efficiency of equipment procurement.In view of this,this article conducts research and analysis on the risk control of deepwater platform equipment procurement,and explores the specific details and countermeasures of risk control.In the practice of equipment procurement risk control,doing a good job of pre-controlling risks will help reduce the economic risks caused by hidden dangers in the procurement process,which is of great significance to the purchaser.This article takes HJJ Offshore company as the research object,uses brainstorming method and investigation analysis method to find the main problems in procurement risk control,and at the same time analyzes the causes of the problems;in view of the above problems,from market risk,quality risk,from the perspective of contract risk,ethics,decision-making risk,and illegal bidding risk,further risk control solutions are proposed;and safeguard measures to deal with different risk control countermeasures are proposed,and finally,the expected analysis of the procurement risk control effect is carried out.The research results show that the application of risk management theory to the procurement process of deepwater platform equipment can effectively improve the past risk control and the passive state of responding to risks,and carry out the procurement of deepwater platform equipment more scientifically and reasonably.At the same time,from the various procurement processes,Stakeholders set out to analyze the hidden risks in it,so as to evaluate the risks that may occur before,during and after the procurement,build a more scientific deepwater platform equipment procurement process management plan,and reduce the possible loss risk of large transactions in equipment procurement.
