| Flame cutting is a kind of rough machining method of low carbon steel plate,which widely used in domestic manufacturers.The market in the sale of flame cutting machine only steel cutting system,there is no classification system after cutting.In daily production,the cut parts need to be sorted and handled by workers on site,which is time-consuming and heavy in workload.In order to solve this problem,this thesis designs and realizes part of the function of the flame cutting plate separating system.In this thesis based on morphological matrix,the mechanical part of the system is designed and selected.The overall function of the system is analyzed and determined,then it is decomposed into solvable functional elements,and the functional elements are filled into the corresponding positions in the morphological matrix to form the primary morphological matrix for easy solution.Combined with the market and the actual situation of this project,the solutions of functional elements in the primary morphological matrix are analyzed and excluded to form the final morphological matrix.Check and analyze the function element of multiple solutions in the final morphological matrix to determine its unique solution.Search and supplement the functional carriers not covered by other functional elements;Then,the control part of the system is designed and some functions are realized,including the selection of existing products in the market and the development of related software.The motion trajectory,input signal and output actuator of the mechanical part of the system are analyzed,and I/O points are calculated.Combine the market,cost and other factors,select the appropriate PLC and touch screen products.According to the selected product,write PLC program according to the software development flow chart,draw the screen of touch screen and set the variables of touch screen.The topic selected in this thesis comes from production practice,and the results obtained have certain practical value. |
