Continuous extrusion technology has been widely used in industrial production because of its advantages such as high material utilization rate,energy saving,fewer processes,high production efficiency,and good uniformity of organizational performance.The functions of the existing monitoring system developed by the configuration software are not complete,and the price is relatively high.So try to develop a powerful SCADA system with beautiful interface,and develop a remote monitoring software based on Android mobile phone to remotely monitor the production line.This paper introduces in detail the development platform based on Visual Studio 2017,using C# high-level language,adopting GDI+ drawing technology,TCP/IP communication protocol,database management and other technologies.By studying the Ethernet-based communication messages of Siemens S7-1200 PLC,the application Socket programming,realize the communication between industrial computer and PLC and read and write data in real time;according to Modbus RTU communication protocol to communicate with the electric energy meter and read data in real time,developed a continuous extrusion production line SCADA system.In the SCADA system,the fault alarm module of the existing configuration software is improved,and the table is used to replace the existing indicator display.The operator can troubleshoot according to the prompts for fault handling in the table;The real-time curve module has also been reformed: the original one coordinate system is changed into three coordinate systems,which is convenient for the operator to analyze the data;the functions that are not available in the existing configuration software are added: PLC status monitoring and database cleaning,It is convenient for the operator to check the PLC status at any time,and can save the time to query historical data.Based on the Android Studio platform,using Java high-level language,using TCP/IP communication protocol,streaming and socket programming technology to develop continuous extrusion production line remote monitoring software.The module design is carried out,and the corresponding program is written,which can smoothly complete the remote data monitoring and fault alarm tasks.Finally,the work done in this article is summarized.The successful design and implementation of this system has a certain reference for similar research.
