SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system, which is based oncomputer, communication and control technology, is the base to realize the digital pipeline. Itsmain function is to collect various process parameters about the pipeline operationautomatically, to regular some related variables in the safe operation of oil production, tomonitor the operation of on-site equipment in the control center and station control room, andat the same time to provide all kinds of data for other enterprise application system required.This paper is to study the architecture of SCADA system based on the development andconstruction of the SCADA system for the oil pipeline transport company in YanChang. Andit will also analyze the measurement and control requirements of station control system todetermine the data acquisition of the related equipment and variable and the Data transmissionscheme as well as the concrete realization of the process steps. But while doing the researchI will combine the characteristics of the production process with the western oil pipeline batchtransportation and HuiJiaHe Pump Station transportation task requirements. Finally it is torealize data acquisition, the controlling and measurement of the equipment, parameteradjustment and all kinds of signal alarm and other functions by writing configuration program.The upper monitor for this project adopts French Schneider (Schneider) PLCprogrammable controller, while the Lower machine adopts the United States Allen-Bradleysoftware. And the project also uses the Vijeo Citect project manager for programming to builda remote monitoring system with a high degree of automation of the station control system.We can take the advantage of SCADA system, which is the high speed of the dataupdating and the short cycle of the screen refreshing, to know the specific production andoperation of the station in the control center and station control room immediately. We canalso realize the dream of remote controlling for the station equipment, field parameter, andprocess flow just by pressing the control button of monitoring picture. So this system justrealizes the functions of data acquisition, remote controlling, process parameter adjustmentand oil pump chain controlling, the controlling of water hammer, and the pressure protectioncontrolling, all of which are aimed to ensure the safe and efficient production. And in orderto avoid the wrong operation caused by accidents in production, the system will adopt theclassification management for users by dividing operation authority.
