Starch is a common raw material in our production and life.It has important application value in many fields.Starch content is an important index of determining starch quality,in order to ensure the quality,finished product moisture content of starch should not exceed 14% of national standard.Most of the starch manufacturers in China usually use artificial experience or off-line to detect the starch water content on the production line,which makes it difficult to ensure the reliability and real-time performance of the starch water content detection.The online water content detection system with high technological content in foreign countries is expensive and difficult to popularize to many starch production lines in China.Moreover,the detection of starch moisture plays a crucial role in the whole process of starch production.All kinds of instrument parameters on the production line should be adjusted according to the real-time moisture of starch.Therefore,In order to meet the national standards,at the same time,make the finished product as far as possible close to the water content of the starch 14%,so as to maximize the benefits of starch manufacturers,the use of existing technical means and advanced algorithms,research and design of a reliable,low-cost starch moisture online detection system is of great significance.According to the different physical properties of starch with different water content,a virtual instrument-based on-line measurement system of starch water content was designed by using multi-sensor information fusion and neural network algorithm.In the subject research,I first understood the production process of corn starch and the form of water in starch,as well as the measurement methods of grain water according to different principles,from which I selected the resistance method,capacitance method and ultrasonic method to integrate into the designed system.Secondly,the hardware system and software system design of the starch moisture measurement system were systematically introduced.The hardware system matched with the requirements of the subject,and the capacitance sensor and resistance sensor for starch measurement were designed independently.The conversion circuit of the sensor,the principle and parameter selection of each part of the circuit were introduced.The software system builds the upper computer platform based on Lab VIEW.including data collection,data computing and processing,data storage,etc.It designs the human-machine interface with rich functions,designs the neural network,and makes it match the water detection system.Finally,through the experiment,the measured resistance value of the different starch,capacitance,ultrasonic velocity,and under different temperature influence on these parameters,establish the mathematical model between the water and various properties of starch,It was found that the water content of starch was in the range of 10%-20%,with the increase of moisture content of starch,a logarithmic relation resistance of starch,starch capacitance value rises,ultrasonic wave velocity decreases,and starch to starch water provides a theoretical basis for different parameters of the sensor fusion,through electronic halogen moisture meter offline compares the moisture measurement of the designed system validation,proved in this paper,The system designed in this paper has reliable performance and realized the on-line measurement of starch moisture.Summarizes the work in this process at the same time,for the next step of research is prospected.This topic designed by starch moisture on-line measurement system with high reliability,low cost,which can meet the requirements of starch moisture detection equipment in starch production line and is also of great significance for water detection in other food production lines.
