| Phthalate plasticizers are a group of plasticizers widely used in the processing of plastics.The polymer’s flexibility,workability and performance can be effectively improved by the addition of phthalate plasticizers.But it is harmful to personal health.Beverage plastic package are important media for PAEs to be taken into bodies through oral route.So in order to protect public health,it is very important to analyze the migration of phthalate plasticizers from beverage plastic packages.In the present work,a method for the detection of 10 PAEs in different beverages was established and applied to study the migration rule of PAEs in beverage plastic packaging materials.The main research contents and conclusions are described as follows.1.The method of liquid-liquid extraction and matrix solid-phase disperse extraction was adopted to purify different beverage samples.Then the samples were detected by GC-MS or HPLC-PDA.Eight kinds of phthalic acid ester plasticizers including DMP,DEP,DIBP,DBP,DHXP,BBP,DEHP,and DNOP were be analyzed simultaneously by GC-MS.The linear concentration was at0.05~6.0 mg/L,r>0.9900,relative standard deviation(RSD)for precision was measured to be≤3.0%,The detection limits are between 8.10×10-3~4.08×10-2 mg/L For different beverage samples,the recovery rates of spiked samples was measured to be 81.0%~94.8%.HPLC was mainly used for DINP and DIDP.The linear concentration was at 0.50~8.0 mg/L,r>0.9900,RSD for precision was measured to be≤3.0%,The detection limits are 3.01×10-2 and 7.15×10-2mg/L.The recovery rates of spiked samples was measured to be 80.7%~91.4%.Sensitivity,recovery,accuracy were excellent for two methods.2.Different chemical composition and polymerization degree of plastic packaging and inner cushion polymer materials for beverages will lead to different melting point and other thermal stability,and different application range.In the present work,we collecte beverage packaging bottles and cap liners for different kinds of beverages on the market.According to the package identification or FTIR analysis,the ingredients of these materials are PTE,PP,as,PE or silica gel materials,and their thermal stability is studied.Study on the thermal stability of different materials by DSC.The melting points of different materials were analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter.PET and PP bottles were not changed in short-term use at 100°C.For AS resin,there was no obvious thermo-transition before 105°C,so it is suitable for hot drinks such as milk tea.HDPE material has poor thermal stability and should not be used at 100°C.3.For different materials of plastic packaging,inner cushion and different types of plastic bottle packaging beverages(drinking water,carbonated beverage,alkaline beverage,milk beverage),they were be treated with simulated normal use and accelerated aging mode.And the migration amount of plasticizers from packaging materials to simulated liquid or beverage at different times was analyzed.The results showed that environment temperature,the polarity of contents and contact times were major factors that influenced plasticizer migration.Also,the thermal stability of materials would influence the migration of PAEs in combination with thermal analysis of packaging materials.Conclusion:The test results revealed that under proper storage and transportation conditions,only trace amounts of PAEs were dissolved within normal shelf life for beverages.However,the long-term cumulative effects should not be ignored,especially for vulnerable groups,such as infants,pregnant women and patients.The aboe results showed that the detection methods of 10 PAEs in different beverages were established,with good accuracy and precision.This method has been successfully applied to study the change rule of PAEs being transferred to beverage in packaging materials.The results can provide technical support for safety evaluation of beverage plastic packaging materials and internal padding materials,and provide Suggestions for beverage packaging materials selection,storage life and storage environment. |
