Recently, the detection of plasticizers in food research becomes increasingly urgent. under the condition that frequent domestic food safety issues related to the plasticizing occurs.Dioctyl Phthalate(DEHP), Dibutyl phthalate(DBP) and Diethyl Phthalate(DEP) are plasticizers. Firstly, the molecular structures of DEHP、DBP、DEP were optimized.The Raman spectrum of DEHP、DBP、DEP was calculated with HF theory and DFT theory based on 3-2G level. Therefore,the assignments of DEHP、DBP 、DEP were measured. Secondly, gold nanorods(GNRs) was prepared and the combination of GNRs with phthalate molecules was characterized. Finally, the experimental Raman spectrum of DEHP、DBP 、DEP was achieved which was compared with theoretical spectrum. In this paper, the Raman spectrum of three kinds of the plasticizers was obtained through the experiment to ensure the validity of the theroy. The efforts will contribute to the research and application of Raman spectroscopy in the field of food testing.
